You are correct James,
I was reading a book in 1954 that fore saw, the north west and the south east of the world,
had in place plans to take over all the world; governments to save them from a mutual destruction by there nuclear powers states, and factions, it was a book about the Adom bombs that were used in Japan and Nagasaki in WWII. And suggested that it would be the only way to save mankind.
