by using visualization it is possible,

to learn how to build a mental environment,

piece by piece from memory,

like everything, energy exists on a gradient.

different forms along the gradient.

there is an energy that is similar to electricity,

when interacting with denser physical things.

this energy is often written about as being 'cold'.

the human body can use energy of different forms.

in a shape similar to sphere.

dreaming=the other half of existence

through learning various controls in dreaming,

with the learned skills of visualization,

the bandwidth between the conscious & superconscious,

mind grows.

allowing the abilities from both worlds to be shared.
