About The FBI “Prohibited Access” Files

June 3, 2025 | Sundance |

Many articles are being written and much typeset is being exhausted by people talking about the recent revelations that the FBI has a designated information silo called “prohibited access” within its record keeping system.Allow me to jump this readership well into the future and give you a cliff notes summary of the logical conclusion(s).

The FBI needs a filing system for information designated “Prohibited Access” because the FBI handles extremely sensitive covert operations, including spies both foreign and domestic, within its agency. The storage of extremely sensitive national security information is not the issue.

Prior to 2007, in the olden days, the files and information were under lock and key in secure rooms, with access only available to the FBI director.

The issue is that since around 2007, the “Prohibited Access” definitions have expanded as FBI leadership began using the designation to hide information that was detrimental to their interests. The issue is the type of information hidden within the now electronic system, is evidence of activity the FBI conducts that they don’t want the American people to know about.

Jumping you ahead of the curve, there’s even a level of FBI information assembled that exceeds the “Prohibited Access” qualification. That information is transferred to CIA vaults that are available due to the same legislative authority that empowers the CIA to operate without any oversight [other than the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI)]. The CIA is the “sister agency” to the FBI.

I finally understood what my research was indicating, after I was informed of these processes while in Washington DC.The justification for an information black hole, what I call silos, stems from a DC worldview around “the continuity of government.”

In order to protect you, me and the American people from something that might harm our “life, liberty and pursuit of happiness – ie., our democracy,”various systems were constructedto control information that would be detrimental to the

continuity of government. Ultimately all of the mis-dis-malinformation controls from DHS are justified under the same type of mindset and practices.

EXAMPLE: If Hitler were running for President, those who carry responsibility to protect the American form of government from Hitler, could engage an intelligence community operation to protect us from Hitler. If a foreign power was helping Hitler, the same intelligence community operation would conduct a counterintelligence operation against the threat that Hitler represented.

All of these “continuity of government” concepts and practices were generally exercises and academic theories with DC systems behind them, until: (#1) our government passed the Patriot Act; and (#2) the Intelligence Community (CIA, FBI, DOJ-NSD et al) replaced the theoretical “Hitler” with the very real person, Donald Trump.

Donald Trump was defined as the existential threat to the continuity of government, therefore all operations against Trump to preserve the continuity of government were warranted.

One of the operations was Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who was given the task of covering up all of the activity that came before him. The elements of Mueller’s investigation, the actual information that could expose govt elements of the targeted decision making, was then filed in this FBI invisible place designated “Prohibited Access.”

Margot Cleveland is subsequently asking if John Durham had access to these “prohibited files” during his investigation? However, that is a moot point, a dead end because: (#1) John Durham was never authorized to look at the inside government activity behind RussiaGate; and (#2)only the government activity behind RussiaGate is within the ‘prohibited files.’

Former CIA Director,President George Herbert Walker Bush, is the modern founding father whoconstructed the ‘continuity of government’ system(see funeral envelopes). Former President Barack H Obama is the person who weaponized it, “by the book“.

The last note on this “Continuity of Government” aspectto consider is what comes next?

Well, if you carry out the objective to its logical conclusion, at some point Artificial Intelligence will be needed to protect the American public from the defined threats.AI becomes the insurance policy.

Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World, published in 1932, is a dystopian novel that envisions a future worldwhere technology, conditioning, and a rigid caste system control every aspect of human life.

Set in a futuristic society where natural reproduction is replaced by artificial methods and people areconditioned for predetermined roles, the novel explores themes of individuality, freedom, and thedehumanizing effectsof a highly controlled and pleasure-driven culture.

Trump DOJ examining Biden’s pardons, probing whether prez was ‘competent’ enough to issue clemency 1/2

By Josh Christenson and

Published June 3, 2025

WASHINGTON — The pardon issued by former President Joe Biden to disgraced son Hunter appears to have been given a more personal touch than the ones granted to other family members, documents show.

There is a striking discrepancy in the signaturesthat the 82-year-old ostensibly inked on the documents granting clemency to Hunter and first siblings James Biden, Frank Biden and Valerie Biden Owens — as well as their spouses, John Owens and Sara Biden.

The handwriting on Hunter’s blanket Dec. 1, 2024, pardon for any offenses committed over a 10-year span appears shaky, contains an uphill slant and thinner ink, suggesting lighter pressure was applied on the document in comparison to the clemency granted to the others in the Biden clan.

The bold, fluid and smooth signature on the last-minute Jan. 19, 2024, pardon for the first siblings — for possible offenses dating back to 2014— more closely resembles Biden’s signature on several other presidential documents, including pardons to Anthony Fauci and retired Gen. Mark Milley.

The discrepancy has raised suspicions that the signature on the Hunter pardon is the former president’s actual handwriting, whereas what is inked on the subsequent clemencies is not.

“Perhaps those documents were signed with the autopen,” White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said Tuesday, when shown the dramatic differences in handwriting by Fox News reporter Peter Doocy.

Leavitt noted that the former commander in chief’s use of autopen in the waning days of his presidency is “something that I believe the Department of Justice is looking into.”

The Post has learned that President Trump’s DOJ is indeed investigating whether Biden was “competent” enough to grant pardons as he prepared to leave office.

Department of Justice pardon attorney Ed Martin instructed staff in an email Monday to probe the extent to which Biden “was competent and whether others were taking advantage of him through use of AutoPen or other means.”

Martin’s email was first reported by Reuters.

The investigation will focus on pardons for five first family members and sentence commutations issued in December 2024 for 37 of the 40 men currently on federal death row —including multiple child killers and mass murderers.

Biden’s signature on the death-row clemency document appears to resemble the one on the pardon for James, Frank, Valerie and company.

Martin said last month that the presidential pardon power is “plenary,” or absolute, but instances where an autopen was used to sign off on clemency warranted more scrutiny.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.), who is leading a congressional probe into Biden’s competency and use of autopen, is seeking to determine if the former president was actually aware of what staffers were stamping his name on during his final weeks in the White House.

“We’re starting with these staffers that we know were the ones who manually put the documents in the autopen and pressed the power button to sign Joe Biden’s signature,” Comer told Fox News host Sean Hannity Tuesday. “We want to know who told them to do what and when and we want to know that Joe Biden actually gave the authority to do that.

“That Joe Biden was cognitively aware of what he was doing and if he even told them to use the autopen,” he added.

“The amount of executive orders that were signed in the last 90 days of the Biden presidency is breathtaking. I don’t think the average American realizes how much activity there was in this White House at a time when almost every American now realizes that Joe Biden was completely checked out.”

Trump, 78, has claimed that his predecessor “did not sign” the blanket pardons in his final weeks, some of which also shielded members of the House Select January 6th Committee.

“The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen,” he posted on Truth Social in March.

Dozens of executive orders and pardons were signed using the mechanical device, according to an analysis conducted by the Oversight Project that month, a former offshoot of the conservative Heritage Foundation.

Ex-Biden White House sources have also suggested that one of the 46th president’s aides may have liberally used the autopen for some signatures in the final days of the administration.

Former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani said Tuesday that it will be “very hard” for investigators to prove Biden didn’t actually issue the pardons.

“You’d have to hear from Biden himself admitting it wasn’t him. It’s highly, highly unlikely,” Rahmani said. “You’d need some smoking-gun evidence.”

Mike Howell, who runs the Oversight Project and shared evidence based on the autopen analysis with the Justice Department, said his team has been “cooperating with all lawful investigations.

“The [use of the] autopen as a default mechanism really picked up in speed toward the later parts of the administration,” Howell noted,“even in times when Biden was in the White House.”

The Oversight Project leader hasalso indicated he hopes the DOJ will question sources who spoke with Axios reporter Alex Thompson and CNN anchor Jake Tapperfor their recently published book, “Original Sin,” on the president’s cognitive decline.

House and Senate Republicans have already announced investigations into Biden’s mental acuity during his term, with the lower chamber’s Oversight panel seeking to haul in a slate of witnesses, including White House physician Kevin O’Connor this month.

Presidents have used an autopen to sign official documents dating back to Harry Truman’s post-World War II tenure, though the Trump White House has since instituted a “far more restrictive” policy.

Only staff secretary Will Scharf and White House chief of staff Susie Wileshave been given the authority to use it “for all matters.”

A spokeswoman for the Biden family declined to comment. Reps for the DOJ did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

(The only way for confirmation is to get a whistle blower actively involved, that gets an immunity deal to be sure of anything. But the have to prove they witnessed or were involved of every aspect of this;,otherwise this will be challenged by the left forever.)

US intel behind Ukrainian attack on Russian planes – ex-French spy

Kiev could not have remotely piloted drones deep inside Russiawithout American satellite data, according to Guillaume Ancel

(Remember NATO gave Kiev that is used for NATO only for state members, the WiFi that uses American satellites)

Ukraine would not have been able to remotely attack strategic Russian aircraft parked deep inside Russian territorywithout direct intelligence and satellite support from the US, a former officer in the French military has claimed.

Ukrainian drones struck airbases across Russia on Monday in a coordinated attack known as ‘Operation Spider’s Web’, targeting sites from Murmansk in the Arctic to Irkutsk in Siberia. Kiev has claimed that around 40 Russian military aircraft were damaged or destroyed, including Tu-95 and Tu-22 long-range bombers. Moscow has not confirmed the claims, reporting that most of Kiev’s drones were shot down. The strikes were reportedly carried out using commercial trucks rigged with explosive-laden drones that had been smuggled inside Russia.

Kiev’s operation involved piloting FPV drones thousands of kilometers from the front lines, Guillaume Ancel, a writer and former French army lieutenant colonel, told Le Monde on Wednesday.

“This is possible and conceivable only with the support of a powerful satellite communications system,” he said. “Since the Ukrainians don’t have this mastery, if they were able to act remotely, it’s certainly thanks to the United States.”

Ancel suggested thatKiev “would not have been able to carry out the operation without information from American intelligence.”(Rogue CIA has 12 based in Ukraine)

While some in the West have hailed Ukraine’s latest drone operation, Stephane Audrand, an international risk consultant and reserve officer, has stressed that it would not actually have much of an impact.

Despite its spectacular nature, ‘Operation Spider’s Web’ “will not change the tactical balance of power on the ground or the course of the war, because these weapons are not used on the battlefield,” Audrand told Le Monde.

Throughout the Ukraine conflict, Moscow has described the hostilities as a Western proxy war against Russia and has condemned arms supplies to Kiev as counterproductive to the peace process.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has also recently acknowledged the nature of the conflict, stating: “Frankly, it’s a proxy war between nuclear powers – the United States, helping Ukraine, and Russia.”

Moscow has vehemently condemned Ukraine’s continued drone strikes into Russian territory in recent weeks, claiming that they undermine ongoing diplomatic efforts to end the conflict. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has claimed that the latest attacks are an attempt to derail the peace process.

This is why the Trump Admin is quietly investigating who did this, was it rogue American military, Rogue CIA, rogue Intelligence community, NATO, ally countries that have access to U.S. satellites. We’ll see if there are some surprising arrests.

Arming Kiev could count as NATO defense spending – Euractiv

Western officials have called the Ukraine conflict a proxy war against Russia

NATO members could formally include weapons supplies to Ukraine as part of increased defense budgets, according to a proposal cited by Euractiv on Tuesday.

Members of the US-led military bloc have already provided hundreds of billions of dollars’ worth of arms to Ukraine in what is increasingly recognized-as a Western proxy war against Russia.

Under new proposals,Ukraine’s Western backers would be able to classify such deliveries as contributions to NATO’s collective security, five sources familiar with internal discussions told Euractiv.

NATO leaders are expected to approve an increase in the bloc’s defense spending target for members – from the current 2% of GDP to 5% – during a summit scheduled for later this month in the Netherlands.Secretary-General Mark Rutte has reportedly suggested a “dual-track” systemthat would allow up to 1.5% of GDP to be spent on “defense-related” efforts such as cybersecurity and infrastructure upgrades.Funding directed to support Ukraine’s war with Russiacould also be included in the category, Euractiv reported.

According to the outlet, the proposed accounting shift is aimed at addressing criticism from US President Donald Trump, who has accused European nations of not carrying their fair share of the burden.

The change could also give European NATO members greater flexibility to procure arms for Kiev directly from Ukrainian defense contractors, the report added.

Multiple Western officials have publicly characterized the Ukraine conflict as a proxy war. Keith Kellogg, a special envoy on Ukraine policy under Trump, acknowledged as much on Fox News on Sunday as he warned that actions such as the possible supply of German-made Taurus missiles to Kiev risked complicating any path to peace. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio also used the term in February, with the Kremlin agreeing with his statements.

The Trump administration has said it intends to walk away from the conflict if peace talks between Ukraine and Russia reach a dead end. Defense SecretaryPete Hegseth is not expected to attend a meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group at NATO headquartersin Brussels on Wednesday – the first such gathering the Pentagon would skip==. The group was created three years ago to coordinate arms supplies to Kiev.

Russian officials have accused European NATO members of encouraging a protracted conflict, referring to it as a “fight to the last Ukrainian.”They have stated a preference for achieving Moscow’s goals through diplomacy rather than military means.

https://www.rt.com/news/618631-nato-spending-goal-ukraine/

(This article seems to prove that NATO was actively involved in the Ukraine attack on Russia, and will continue their proxy war by Ukraine. It’s clear that there are NATO members and advisors are integrated and on the ground in Ukraine. This is no longer a proxy war, but a war fully backed and staffed by NATO. Every major arms sent there is not something Ukraine military can run it manage its NATO specialists. So how is this not a direct war with NATO?Russia already knows and guaranteed the gloves will come off completely! The EU and NATO are destroying Europe and they don’t care.

At some point Russia may be pushed to Nuclear, they have already been warned. The Russians staying in the Peace negotiations are only important to show Trump and the U.S., they made every effort to get a peace deal. I wonder if there is a monitoring system in the good guy IC agencies, listening to NATO, Kiev and EU of what they are doing?)

Ukraine’s strikes on Russian airfields risk escalation – Trump envoy

Kiev jeopardized a key pillar of Moscow’s nuclear security, and the response could be unpredictable, Keith Kellogg has warned

The recent Ukrainian drone attacks on Russian airfields reportedly hosting nuclear-capable bombers sharply increase the risk of escalation, Keith Kellogg, US President Donald Trump’s special envoy, has warned. (How can Kellogg be stationed there as envoy and not hear a word about their attack beforehand?)

On Sunday, Kiev launched a drone raid targeting airfields in five regions, according to the Defense Ministry in Moscow.Officials in Kiev said that the attack was aimed at Russia’s strategic aviation. Ukrainian media reports claimed that the airfields house Russian Tu-95 and Tu-22M strategic bombers, as well as an A-50 early warning and control plane.

Russian officials said that the “terrorist attack” was repelled with no casualties but that several aircraft caught fire.

In an interview with Fox News on Tuesday, Kellogg suggested that the attack was upping the stakes in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. “The risk levels are going way up,” he explained. “When you attack an opponent’s part of their national survival system, which is their nuclear triad… that means your risk level goes upbecause you don’t know what the other side’s going to do.”

The envoy also noted that he wasparticularly concerned by reports– which were not confirmed by Moscow –that Ukraine also struck the Northern Fleet headquartersin Severomorsk, which would have meant that two of the three legs of Russia’s nuclear triad were under attack.

He added that when it comes to such kinds of attacks, “it’s not so much the damage you do on the triad itself… but it’s the psychological impact you have.” Ukraine, according to the envoy, also wanted to show that it could “raise the risk level to levels that are basically, to me, they've got to be unacceptable.”

Earlier this week, the New York Times reported, citing sources, thatUkraine did not give advance notice to the US of the strikes, and thatthe two sides currently have no joint planningon operations inside Russian territory. NYT sources also believe thatMoscow will mount “a significant retaliation,” although specifics are yet unclear.

Following the attacks, Dmitry Medvedev, a former Russian president who now serves as deputy chairman of Russia’s Security Council, warned that a response was “inevitable.”

(Those are the most few words Medevev has said, he’s notorious for his rants. Note, when the Russia Government goes quiet, they have had enough and frightening things will come at an unknown time. Russia said hardly anything the day this happened, it got quiet just like the White House went quiet all day. I wonder if Hegseth not going to the upcoming NATO conference, the first time in history the Sec of Defense of U.S. didn’t go, is a message to them, related to their collusion with Ukraine’s attack. In any event it’s a loud message to the EU, Europe and NATO. Rutte behind Trump’s back invited Zelensky, Trump and team said he couldn’t be there and Rutte did it anyway. Rutte and the countries in NATO have no idea what it will be like without the U.S. and our troops, in NATO. It will collapse because the lack of funding. This is where this is leading.)

The guy attacked Americans (with all races involved), for supporting the Jewish hostages.

Americans are just as vulnerable, with Jews included, that are attacked daily in our own country, including by leftists that are infiltrated with Muslim extremists, illegal aliens, and are now subject to diseases brought in from China and other countries.

This whole focus on someone’s race as the only victims, is getting tiring. All the other victims are not mentioned because they are not allowed to have feelings by being just normal American people
