Ex-Trump advisor calls for seizure of US senator’s passport

4 Jun, 2025 15:48

US Senator Lindsey Graham should be thrown in jail or have his passport revoked for “stirring up” the Ukraine conflict, former adviser to President Donald Trump, Steve Bannon, has said.

Bannon made the comment after Graham, along with US Senator Richard Blumenthal, visited Kiev last week.

There they met with Vladimir Zelensky and discussed, among other things, additional sanctions on Russia and further cooperation between Ukraine and the US.

Immediately after the visit Kiev lunched mass drone attacks on multiple Russian airfields, claiming to have damaged over 40 warplanes, including strategic bombers. Moscow has not confirmed the loss of any aircraft and claims to have shot down most of the drones.

Bannon and other critics of US involvement in the Ukraine conflict have since speculated that Graham may have encouraged Zelensky to launch the “audacious” attack, which they claim could have led to a serious escalation, given that it targeted Russia’s strategic aviation.

Speaking to NewsNation’s Chris Cuomo on Monday, Bannon claimed that by meeting with Zelensky, Graham was giving Ukraine “false hope false hope that we’re there to support them in engaging Russia in a kinetic conflict.

“We are not,” Bannon stressed, adding that the US was getting “sucked” into the Ukraine conflict by people like Graham and could soon find it “tough” to get out.

“We can’t have Lindsey Graham, and particularly Zelensky, leading us into a third world war with a deep strike into Russia,” Bannon insisted, suggesting that US authorities should either “cancel [Graham’s] passport and don’t let him back in the country, or put him in jail if he comes back.”

Following Monday’s attack, which targeted sites from Murmansk in the Arctic to Irkutsk in Siberia, a number of military experts pointed out that Kiev does not have the technical capability to conduct drone strikes that deep into Russian territory.

Guillaume Ancel, a writer and former French army lieutenant colonel, told Le Monde that the attack is “possible and conceivable only with the support of a powerful satellite communications system,” based on intelligence provided by the US.

Throughout the Ukraine conflict, Moscow has repeatedly described the hostilities as a Western proxy war against Russia and has condemned foreign military assistance to Kiev as counterproductive to the peace process.

Biden said ‘Russia should be destroyed’ – Brazil’s Lula

3 Jun, 2025 22:51

Former US President Joe Biden wanted to see Russia “destroyed” during his time in office, Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has said in an interview with Le Monde.

The Brazilian leader, who has consistently pushed for a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine, objected to attempts to single out Moscow as the sole culprit behind the conflict, telling the French newspaper on Tuesday that “Western countries also bear part of the responsibility.”

“Joe Biden, with whom I spoke at length, thought Russia needed to be destroyed,” Lula said, without elaborating when the conversation took place.

“And Europe, which for a long time embodied a middle way in the world, has now aligned itself with Washington and is spending billions on rearmament. That worries me. If all we talk about is war, there will never be peace.”

Moscow has long described the Ukraine conflict as a Western proxy war against Russia and has repeatedly condemned arms supplies to Kiev as counterproductive to the peace process.

US President Donald Trump’s special envoy Keith Kellogg acknowledged last week that President Vladimir Putin was “in a way” right, while US Secretary of State Marco Rubio also previously characterized the conflict as a proxy war.

“Frankly, it’s a proxy war between nuclear powers – the United States, helping Ukraine, and Russia,” Rubio said in March, noting that the current White House administration is eager to see it end.

Trump has repeatedly rebuked Biden for funneling “crazy” amounts of American taxpayer money to Kiev, arguing last month that the conflict “should have remained a European situation.”

Trump has frequently used campaign rallies to claim that only he could prevent World War III and resolve the conflict between Ukraine and Russia within 24 hours – a claim he later acknowledged was hyperbolic.

His efforts at mediation have faced resistance from European NATO members, who back continued military support for Ukraine.

Last month, following pressure from Trump, Kiev dropped its opposition to direct talks with Moscow, which it had abandoned back in 2022. Since then, the two sides have held two rounds of negotiations in Istanbul.

The first meeting was initiated by Putin on May 16 and resulted in a major prisoner swap. During the second round of negotiations on Monday, the two sides exchanged draft memorandums outlining a roadmap toward an eventual peace deal.

Washington’s top diplomat in Türkiye claimed on Tuesday that Trump is running out of patience and appears to be “at the end of his rope” over the conflict in Ukraine.

However, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov warned that expecting immediate breakthroughs in peace negotiations between Russia and Ukraine would be “incorrect.”

Reports of an unusual explosion in Syria: 'An Israeli drone attacked'

June 4, 2025, 07:06

Syrian media reported a significant explosion on Thursday at a former military site near the village of al-Rabiya in rural Hama, where a missile storage facility was reportedly located.

According to Syrian radio station Sham FM, “the cause of the explosion remains unknown, and no information has yet been received regarding the extent of the damage.”

Qatari outlet Al-Araby and the Iraq-based Sabrin News agency, affiliated with pro-Iranian militias, claimed the blast was the result of an Israeli drone strike. Other reports indicated that four people were killed in the incident.

Additional unconfirmed reports in Syrian media claimed that Israel also targeted a Syrian air defense battalion west of Hama airport, near the villages of Matnin and al-Rabiya.

According to those accounts, two individuals were killed and three others wounded. Another report alleged that the IDF carried out artillery fire toward Daraa in southern Syria. However, the IDF said it was “not currently aware of any fire toward Syria.”

The incident follows a separate security alert on Wednesday at 9:36 p.m., when sirens sounded in the Israeli communities of Hispin and Ramat Magshimim in the southern Golan Heights.

The IDF reported that two projectiles were launched from Syrian territory and landed in open areas inside Israel.

Defense Minister Israel Katz responded to the rocket fire by holding the Syrian regime directly accountable: “We view the president of Syria as personally responsible for every threat and launch against the State of Israel.

A full response will follow shortly. We will not return to the reality of October 7.”

Sacramento County will now use drones to find homeless encampments

June 4, 2025 7:00 AM

Sacramento County will begin using drones to locate homeless encampments following authorization from the Board of Supervisors Tuesday morning.

These drones will be used to “enhance community engagement,” between the county’s homeless population and Sacramento County Probation, said Julie Wherry, interim chief probation officer.

The goal of the drones is to access areas vehicles can’t, such as remote parts of the American River Parkway.

Wherry said these drones will document the region’s homeless population and clothing, food, water and hygiene products to homeless residents with outreach efforts.

An estimated 6,615 homeless people live in Sacramento County, according to the 2024 Point in Time Count.

The drones are a part of Sacramento County Probation equity and inclusion mission, which includes “removing access barriers and serving hard to reach communities,” Wherry added.

“This proposal aligns with several broad strategic priorities, including housing and homelessness,” Wherry said. Funding for the drones will come from grants, Weary said.

Sacramento County Probation staff clarified they will purchase commercial drones, rather than military models. Sacramento County Probation currently has three mobile outreach vans, two four wheel drive trucks and one terrain vehicle.

County supervisors reviewed three other agenda items related to military equipment from multiple Sacramento agencies, including the Department of Regional Parks and the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday.

These agencies are required to request funding for military equipment to the county because of state law.

Drones for Sacramento sheriff Sacramento County Sh’s Office requested more drones to increase their collection from 56 to 75.

During their presentation, James Petrinovich, the sheriff office’s tactical commander, said the aircrafts and other equipment would be used for search and rescue, “high risk operations” and “community outreach.”

The Sheriff’s Office did not clarify how much this purchase would cost in total. A drone used for police purposes can cost between $500 and $50,000, according to Chengdu JOUAV Automation, an international aircraft company.

“Those tools. are used defensively in many situations to make sure that we don’t put an officer in danger, where we could put a robot or a drone for our armored personnel carriers,” Petrinovich said.

In a video shown during the Board of Supervisors meeting, drones were shown going into people’s homes. Petrinovich later clarified drones meet the same search warrant requirements as police officers.

Supervisor Phil Serna expressed concern over the request, saying the Sheriff’s Office is proposing to cut “important programs” during this year’s budget, while also requesting more money toward drones.

“I’m not being accusatory here,” Serna said. “I just want to understand the totality of what the interest of the sheriff’s department is, and what we’re being asked to do?”

Throughout the Sheriff’s Office presentation, Supervisors questioned the fiscal efficiency and accuracy of the proposal. For example, the Sheriff’s Office presented a map of military equipment deployments by zip codes in each supervisor’s district.

However, Serna clarified the map could be “misleading,” as county districts are not distinguished by neighboring zip codes.

Keyan Bliss, a Sacramento resident and former city of Sacramento Police Review Commission chair, called the purchasing of military equipment “fiscally irresponsible” and a “waste of a million dollars.”

He urged the board to look into the Sheriff Office’s purchases and continue the conversation after budget.

“This board should absolutely reject that and actually declare a moratorium on any further military equipment purchases until the sheriff’s department can prove that it’s actually necessary for ensuring both officer and civilian safety,” Bliss said.

At the end of the meeting, Serna led a motion to revisit the Sheriff’s Office’s request after their budgetary meeting, which will be held Wednesday. The motion passed 3-1, with Supervisor Richard Desmond not in attendance.

Supervisor Rosario Rodriguez was an outlier in the motion’s vote. She said she supports the use of “modern equipment” and “the newest technology” to protect county residents.

“I am very supportive of the usage of drones and other equipment that can help our public safety be more efficient,” Rodriguez said.

Trump and Putin discuss Ukraine drone strikes, Iran during 75-minute call

June 4, 2025 at 1:38 PM EDT

President Trump said on social media on Wednesday that he had spoken to Russian President Vladimir Putin for an hour and 15 minutes about Ukraine's recent strikes on Russian aircraft and about nuclear talks with Iran.

"It was a good conversation, but not a conversation that will lead to immediate Peace," Trump said in his post.

In fact, Trump said Putin had vowed during the call to respond to Ukraine's Sunday drone strikes on air bases in Russia.

"President Putin did say, and very strongly, that he will have to respond to the recent attack on the airfields," Trump said.

Trump has recently been critical of Putin because of Russia's recent drone and missile attacks on Ukrainian cities, but he did not repeat that criticism in his post about Wednesday's call.

The call comes after the latest round of talks in Istanbul ended with little movement toward ending Russia's three-year-long war in Ukraine. Trump has been trying to broker a peace deal.

Trump said Putin suggested he could help with Iran talks

Trump said he also updated Putin on his efforts to reach a nuclear deal with Iran.

He said he told Putin that time was running out to reach a deal and that Iran cannot be allowed to have a nuclear weapon. Trump said he believed Putin agreed with him.

"President Putin suggested that he will participate in the discussions with Iran and that he could, perhaps, be helpful in getting this brought to a rapid conclusion," Trump said.

Ukraine-Russia war latest: Kyiv’s audacious Operation Spiderweb ‘was like raid that killed Bin Laden’

Wednesday 04 June 2025 18:00 BST

Ukraine’s audacious drone attack on Russian bombers was a show of “skill and audacity” comparable to the US’s assassination of Osama Bin Laden, a US senator said.

Richard Blumenthal said Ukraine’s Operation Spiderweb, which destroyed 41 Russian aircraft as far away as Siberia, was “one of the great military achievements in recent years”.

Kyiv’s security agency said 117 drones were smuggled into Russia over a year and simultaneously struck airfields in at least four regions thousands of kilometres from the Ukrainian border.

“It will rank with the United States raid on Osama bin Laden and the Israeli pager operation as one of the great military achievements in recent years," Mr Blumenthal told Politico.

It comes as Ukrainian officials warned that the key Ukrainian city of Sumy is under threat as Russian troops advance along the northeastern frontline.

Vladimir Putin’s forces have taken around 9 miles of the frontline in the region, with Sumy’s surrounding farms and villages facing “constant shelling”.

“The Russian army is constantly shelling border villages, hitting residential buildings, farms, and civilian infrastructure facilities,” head of the military administration, Oleh Hryhorov, said.

Explosive-Loaded Animal Carcasses Used by Russians in Drone Attacks

June 4, 2025 13:27

Russian troops have begun using wild animal carcasses as containers for explosives — they are dropped from drones.

The Para Pax Telegram channel published video and photos of this process.

According to the footage, a pre-assembled explosive charge is inserted into the carcass of a wild animal, then carefully concealed with fabric and the animal’s internal organs before being deployed via drone.

According to the post’s author, these “loaded” carcasses are later dropped from drones, both to mine areas and to carry out targeted strikes on specific positions.

The use of animal carcasses as explosive devices significantly complicates their detection, posing an increased threat to personnel and potentially leading to unintended casualties.

An image of a drone already equipped with a prepared carcass, ready for transport and deployment, was also published.

It is worth noting that similar cases of booby-trapping objects and animal carcasses have been taking place since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

In addition to using animal carcasses, the enemy has also booby-trapped the bodies of its own soldiers and abandoned equipment, aiming to inflict further losses on the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

In addition to using animals as containers for explosives, Russian forces have also employed animals for logistics and the transportation of military equipment.

Militarnyi previously reported that certain Russian military units have begun receiving donkeys to be used as pack animals for transport purposes.

This may indicate that the donkeys have been assigned to frontline units to support logistics, both directly on the front line and in nearby areas.

Such a drastic measure is likely driven by a shortage of vehicles and unmanned ground platforms capable of performing logistical tasks.

Can the US protect itself from a Ukraine-style drone attack?

Updated: Jun 3, 2025 / 05:31 PM CDT

Ukraine’s coordinated drone attack on Russian targets this weekend raises questions about the U.S. military’s ability to protect itself from a similar attack, particularly after mysterious drones were sighted in New Jersey and other states last year.

Lt. Gen. Richard Newton, the former U.S. Air Force assistant vice chief of staff, says the current defense system that shields the U.S. from such attacks is lacking as technologies continue to evolve.

Newton, NewsNation’s senior national security contributor, characterized Ukraine’s use of 117 drones to attack 40 Russian bombers as “extraordinary.”

The mission, he said, was executed with military and intelligence-based precision, having been planned for more than a year under the direction of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Newton said aspects of the operation provide a blueprint for American military defense officials as they continue to strategize for possible future military attacks from adversaries such as Russia and China that will likely involve drones and an array of nuclear missiles.

“It’s something we’ve got to be worried about,” Newton told NewsNation.

Sunday’s Ukrainian drone attack took place less than two weeks after President Donald Trump outlined plans for the “Golden Dome”, a “game-changing” multi-layered defense system officials claim will protect the U.S. against nearly 100% of attacks.

How the Golden Dome would protect the United States

Newton said the super-technology that will be used in the “Golden Dome” is what has been missing in a military missile defense system first introduced in former President Ronald Reagan’s Strategic Defense Initiative in 1983.

Officials say the “Golden Dome” will be a state-of-the-art system with land, sea and space sensors and interceptors.

The U.S. currently relies on ground-level interceptors in California and Alaska, which provide limited protection against countries like North Korea, but not against larger-scale and more complex missile attacks.

Yet, evolving technology that reduces the detectability of enemy drones also requires a stronger level of defense planning, Newton said.

He compares the shift to that of Improvised Explosive Devices used by foreign troops in Iraq and Afghanistan during wars in the Middle East, which led to the injury and death of American soldiers.

Drones represent the next iteration of weaponry that U.S. military defense officials must now contend with.

Officials have also expressed concerns that the amount of Chinese-owned farmland located near key U.S. military installations may also make the country vulnerable to future drone attacks from its enemies.

“We’re really in the midst of making sure for the next several years that we are armed and capable of addressing a threat we didn’t see,” Newton said.

How Ukraine drone attack exploited Russian defense blind spot

NewsNation national security contributor and former CIA officer and FBI special agent Tracy Walder believes the well-executed Ukrainian mission speaks more to how ill-prepared Russia was for such an attack than an alarm for U.S. officials.

Part of the issue is the overriding American perception of Russia as a powerhouse, Walder said.

While she is not convinced that the U.S. is entirely well-defended against a similar drone attack, the incident also proves to her that Russia is not omniscient, as some may believe.

Who is making drones like the ones used in Ukraine’s attack?

Walder expects Iran to be among the top producers of these drones, which she predicts will be sold to Russia and China.

That puts the onus on U.S. military defense officials to continue developing non-kinetic defenses, including GPS jammers designed to throw drones off-course as well as directed energy weapons and lasers designed to keep the U.S. one step ahead of its enemies.

Newton and Walder expect drone technology to continue to evolve, making them smaller and allowing them to fly at lower elevations and with lower heat emissions.

Such developments will allow the drones to remain off the radars of defense systems like “The Golden Dome.”

“Drones change the face of warfare,” Walder told NewsNation, adding, “So I think this is something we’re going to have to deal with and obviously as technology evolves, we have to evolve in terms of our defenses.”

New Jersey drone sightings fuel public’s national security concerns

The focus on drones continues as unanswered questions remain surrounding the mysterious sightings that took place last fall in New Jersey and other locations, including U.S. military installations.

Despite pledging to provide answers about the drone sightings, Trump and his administration have yet to provide concrete conclusions as complaints over a lack of government transparency continue from lawmakers and residents alike.

Luis Elizondo, the former leader of the Defense Department’s advanced aerospace threat identification program, told NewsNation in April that the drone sightings are problematic given the unknown nature of the objects.

“Drones fly completely unchallenged,” Elizondo said. “We still don’t know where they’re coming from, we still don’t know who’s behind the wheel. We still don’t know where they’re going. This is a big problem. And we’ve known about it for a long time.”

The Ukrainian drone attack adds to those concerns, said Newton, who called the “known unknown” aspect of the issues as perplexing.

While he is not calling for Americans to begin building underground bunkers in fear of possible drone attacks, he said, “It’s also compelling to make sure that we are defending against it.”

Walder understands how the public confuses a lack of government transparency with a lack of a plan to develop effective drone defense strategies.

Despite a lack of official conclusions, Walder hypothesizes that the drones spotted last fall were indeed launched by the U.S. military as a way of testing detection levels as part of its defense planning against possible attacks.

But after multiple federal agencies, including the FBI, issued a joint statement that only concluded that the government had ruled out that drones spotted in the U.S. originated from foreign adversaries without giving as much information as the public was seeking, she understands the levels of public concern.

“The problem is that the public sees that as just ineptitude,” Walder said. “When we look at that, the public says, ‘Well, do you even know how to defend us against these,’ and ‘are you even capable when you can’t even get the messaging right?’”

However, she said that as drone warfare continues, playing things close to the vest is critical. “We don’t need our enemies — or even our friends — knowing what we’re doing to be able to track these things,” Walder said.

Chinese-owned US farmland raises concerns of foreign drone attacks

Updated: Jun 3, 2025 / 02:18 PM CDT

Chinese-owned farmland located near key U.S. military installations may be making the country more vulnerable to a Ukraine-style drone attack, officials warn.

There are currently nearly 370,000 acres of farmland the Chinese own. Several of those sites have been linked to the mysterious drone sightings that took place across the United States last fall.

After Ukraine destroyed 40 Russian targets with 177 drones over the weekend, the attack has reopened questions about how vulnerable the United States is to such an attack given the farmland’s proximity to military bases that could be targeted if the U.S. was to ever undergo a similar strike to what took place in Russia over the weekend.

Those military installations stretch across the U.S. and include Grand Forks Air Force Base in North Dakota, where a Chinese company, Fufeng, purchased farmland close to the base and announced plans to open a corn mill.

The U.S. Air Force called the sale a threat to national security, and the sale was shut down, NewsNation previously reported.

However, NewsNation has learned that the company still owns the land, which extends over more than 300 acres, again raising concerns that the military base and others could be prone to a drone attack.

Several states have laws in place that prevent the Chinese from purchasing land. However, the challenge of monitoring potential sales is that the Chinese often use shell companies to purchase the land or use American residents to shield officials from learning who owns the land.

Over the last five years, Chinese ownership of U.S. land has increased by 55%. Almost three-quarters of that land is located in the southern United States.

SEEKING TRUTH Eerie Roswell crash memo holds key to cracking UFO mystery after ‘FOUR alien bodies found,’ expert insists

17:47, 4 Jun 2025

A BIZARRE memo about the Roswell UFO crash could unlock secrets and expose the truth about the “flying saucer” mystery.

A prominent ufologist made the startling claim after aliens were rumored as being spotted dead among the wreckage.

The so-called Roswell Incident happened on July 2, 1947, in a remote desert area in New Mexico.

Conspiracy theories and mystery swirling the alleged crash have fascinated UFO watchers for nearly 80 years.

Back in 1947, the 509th Bomb Group - based in Roswell - released a press release claiming a UFO had crashed in the area, and the United States Army Air Forces were in possession of a “flying disk."

However, confusion ensued after that release was later retracted, and replaced with a statement saying the object was in fact a high altitude weather balloon.

The news alert had initially been issued by 1st Lt. Walter Haut, the public information officer at the base. Decades later, his daughter, Julie Shuster, was adamant that his original “flying disk” statement had been accurate.

But he had to keep everything "secret."

A similar view has been expressed by veteran researcher Kevin Randle, a prominent ufologist who is regarded as one of the top experts on the reported crash.

Randle has written multiple books about UFOs and the Roswell story. He's adamant that he has “eliminated all possible terrestrial explanations."

“What we can say with authority is that something fell at Roswell,” he said. “We have eliminated all the terrestrial explanations."

The expert, who served in the Air Force and National Guard, said the UFO case could be solved by delving into a historic memo.

The eerie memo can be seen in a black and white photograph sent out on the news wires at the time. The grainy note appears to say the words “victims of the crash.”

The memo itself can be seen in the old pic being held by Brigadier General Roger Ramey, who at the time of the crash was commanding officer of the 8th Air Force in Roswell.

Ramey is holding the piece of paper slightly turned away from the camera. But, fortunately, some words can now be read using technology.

KEY MEMO

“The Ramey memo could be the key to this whole thing," Randle said.

“Ramey was holding the memo in his hand when he was photographed with the debris in his office.

“And what's interesting is we know when the picture was transmitted over the wire, we know who took it and we can see Ramey is holding the document in his hand.

“So we pretty much have the provenance nailed down.

“There are words in the document when you blow it up, that you can read.

“Some people interpret the critical line as saying ‘victims of the wreck.’

“Well, ‘victims of the wreck’ takes it out of the realm of a weather balloon - but it's kind of an interpretation of what you see."

Randle has interviewed some 600 people over the past few decades in his search to establish the truth around the mysterious case.

POLITICAL HOAX

He has concluded that the weather balloon story is nothing but a "government hoax" to fob off those intrigued by UFO sightings.

Randle said, “What they've said officially is that the Roswell crash was a weather balloon and [radar-type] target from this experiment being conducted in New Mexico.

"What I discovered is that while [the radar-type] targets were a part of the experiments conducted on the east coast, when they got to New Mexico, they didn't use those targets.

"That kind of points the finger at this being a government hoax to explain away the Roswell case.”

KEPT SECRET

Julie Shuster, Walter Haut’s daughter, told SBS News, a broadcaster based in Australia, that she had many conversations with the former Army PR man about the "flying disk" he wrote about in 1947.

She said before her death in 2015, “People began to talk about Roswell in the late ’70s after several decades of keeping quiet.

"I would ask dad to tell me the whole story, and he told me the same thing he told everybody: ‘I put out the press release’, and nothing else."

It later emerged that Haut had been sworn to secrecy by base commander and close personal friend, Colonel William Blanchard.

But, Haut was unhappy about keeping such a big secret, and prepared a signed affidavit to be opened after his death.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, he died in Roswell in 2005.

“Basically dad said yes, he did see the bodies, yes he did see the craft and much more than that,” said Shuster.

“At one point I asked him about the size, and he said the craft was about 25 feet in diameter."

EGG-SHAPED

Thomas Carey, who co-authored a book with Shuster, Witness to Roswell: Unmasking the Government’s Biggest Cover-Up, published in 2007, said his big secret "all came out in his sealed statement after he died."

Carey added, “The ship which he described was about the size of a Volkswagen Beetle, more of an egg-shaped object, and he did see a number of bodies.

“He described them as being the size of children. "And when asked point blank if what he believed it was that he had seen, without hesitation he’d say, ‘It was not from this Earth, it was something manufactured off this Earth.’”

A retired cop claimed that he saw the remains of dead aliens being lifted with a crane and hauled away.

Former Deputy Sheriff Charles H Forgus of Howard County, Texas, recalled traveling to Roswell to pick up a prisoner with Sheriff Jess Slaughter.

Forgus claimed he saw four alien bodies with big eyes and brownish-colored skin being taken away by military personnel.

Disney Guests Capture UFO Over Theme Parks, Prompting Government Investigation

June 4, 2025

Disney guests were leaving the theme parks on the night of June 3, 2025, when they caught someone amazing yet eerie and terrifying on their camera phones.

Disney Guests Capture Something Odd Over the Skies of Anaheim

It was a perfect Southern California evening—families were trickling out of Disneyland, bags of churros in hand, kids half-asleep from the excitement of a long, magical day.

But as the sun dipped below the horizon and the castle lights began to glow, something appeared above the sky that left guests stunned, phones raised, and whispers rippling through the crowd.

Two black rings. Perfectly circular. Motionless. Silent.

What were they?

As one visitor described it, “It looked like something out of a sci-fi movie. Just hanging there. No noise. No movement.

Just two dark halos floating over the happiest place on Earth.” Soon, photos were shared with friends. One post made it onto social media. That’s when the real questions started pouring in.

Eerie, Unidentified, and Unexplained

The images began making the rounds on social media platforms shortly after 10 p.m. on June 3, 2025.

From various angles, park-goers captured what looked like large, smoky black rings suspended in the skies over Anaheim, not far from Disneyland’s entrance gates.

Unlike fireworks smoke or low-flying drones, these rings didn’t drift. They didn’t fade. They didn’t even seem to move with the breeze.

And they certainly weren’t part of any scheduled show.

It didn’t take long for speculation to take flight. Was this a bizarre weather pattern? A lighting trick? Or… something more?

The UFO Undercurrent: Why It Hits Different Now

In any other decade, this sight might have been dismissed as a visual oddity or perhaps a glitch of atmospheric conditions.

But in 2025, the public conversation surrounding Unidentified Aerial Phenomena—better known now as UAPs—has taken a dramatic shift.

The U.S. government has been increasingly transparent about unexplained aerial encounters.

In fact, multiple declassified reports over the past five years have acknowledged objects behaving in ways that defy current technological understanding.

With this increased disclosure has come a cultural pivot—people aren’t just entertained by UFO stories anymore. They’re taking them seriously.

So when two black rings appeared above Disneyland—a beacon of escapism, joy, and technological marvel—it wasn’t just a strange moment. It became a serious question.

What if this wasn’t just smoke?

What Experts (and Disney) Might Say

There’s no official statement from Disney at the time of writing. The company typically refrains from commenting on unexplained environmental phenomena unless they directly impact guest safety or operational flow.

However, aerospace experts and atmospheric scientists often have logical explanations for these kinds of events. One possibility?

Smoke vortexes—circular formations that can be created by pyrotechnic effects or sudden pressure releases.

Fireworks and large-scale flame bursts, such as those used in nighttime shows or pyrotechnic rehearsals, can sometimes leave behind these ring-like trails.

But that theory raises more questions than answers. Disney’s fireworks, while spectacular, are highly choreographed and don’t usually involve effects that would create such large, perfect rings—especially two at once.

And if they were fireworks-related, why were there no other visual indicators or audio clues that would suggest as much?

Guests and observers who’ve seen countless Disney fireworks shows were quick to note: this wasn’t normal.

Why This Moment Resonates

The internet has seen its fair share of viral UFO content, but what makes this incident so captivating is where it happened. Disneyland isn’t just a theme park.

It’s a symbol. A microcosm of controlled fantasy, where every detail is designed, curated, and accounted for.

So when something unaccounted for breaks into that world—especially in the skies above it—it strikes a different nerve.

It’s not just “weird.” It’s disruptive.

And maybe that’s why this story is sticking with so many people. It’s a reminder that no matter how structured or magical a place may be, the world (and the skies above it) can still surprise us.

Even in Disneyland, the most magical place on Earth, the unknown still finds its way in.

Final Thoughts: Imagination Meets Mystery

While it’s easy to write this off as a harmless weather effect or a rogue puff of smoke, moments like these ignite the collective imagination.

Whether you’re a skeptic, a believer, or just a curious observer, one thing is clear—guests at Disneyland on the night of June 3 saw something they’ll never forget.

Was it a glitch in the show? A trick of light and wind? Or perhaps, something that defies easy explanation?

One thing’s for sure: the magic of Disney just got a little more mysterious.

California leads the nation in UAP sightings

June 4, 2025

FAIRFIELD — The truth is out there.

And, according to Enigma, an unidentified aerial phenomena repotting app, California is almost always at the top of revealing the truth.

Enigma has received more than 100 reports recently, and San Diego International Airport is particularly active.

Across 52 major U.S. airports, San Diego has recorded 565 UAP sightings reported within a 5-mile radius.

These reports span a wide range of craft shapes, with “light,” “sphere,” and “circle” being the most commonly described.

Nearly half of all sightings reference some form of light, and more than 13% mention orbs or spheres specifically – suggesting recurring visual themes across multiple locations.

California, Florida and Arizona top the list in total sightings, while airports like Cleveland-Hopkins, Phoenix Sky Harbor and San Diego International see the highest localized activity.

A notable number of witnesses also report multiple objects or formations, particularly near urban air hubs.

This dataset offers a growing picture of how UAP sightings are distributed in proximity to high-traffic airports – hinting at both behavioral patterns and potential points of verification through aviation infrastructure.

Enigma started receiving public sighting submissions via web in late 2022 and launched its iOS app in May 2023. So far 25,949 sightings from the U.S. have been published. Videos are included.

Most polls suggest about 20% of Americans have seen a UFO, or 66 million Americans, according to Enigma.

How Science Has Recognized the Existence of the Bosnian Pyramids

Tuesday, 27 May 2025 22:08

This year marks a major milestone for the Bosnian Pyramid project: 20 years since the beginning of research into the world’s oldest and largest pyramid and prehistoric tunnel complex.

Thanks to the dedication of 4,000 volunteers from 64 countries, dozens of Foundation workers, and over 170 experts (including 65 archaeologists), much has been uncovered at the archaeological sites in Visoko.

Here is what has been scientifically confirmed so far:

  • The Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids contains a complex of six pyramids (Sun, Moon, Dragon, Earth, Love, and the Sixth Pyramid), two tumuli (conical artificial mounds), and seven tunnel entrances.

  • According to LIDAR scanning, the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun is the tallest pyramid in the world, measuring 368 meters in height. Twenty-eight datings using radiocarbon, luminescence, and uranium-thorium methods have confirmed the age of this complex to be over 30,000 years.

  • More than 3,300 artifacts have been discovered in the prehistoric tunnels, spanning multiple historical eras, confirming their ancient origin and long-term use across cultural periods.

  • Independent teams of engineers and physicists have confirmed that the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun functions as an energy resonator and amplifier, emitting a scalar wave beam of very specific frequencies.

  • In the Ravne tunnel complex, where over 3.5 km of prehistoric passages have been cleared, ten distinct energy phenomena have been recorded—creating ideal conditions for human biological regeneration.

  • Pyramid energy has been shown to enhance the molecular structure of water and food, boost the immune system, and stimulate higher states of consciousness.

The scientific process in archaeology begins with a hypothesis (as we proposed in 2005), followed by interdisciplinary research (2005–2025), and the organization of scientific conferences (seven International Conferences on the Bosnian Pyramids held between 2008–2024, with participation from over 110 scientists who confirmed the existence of the pyramids). The final step is publication in peer-reviewed international journals.

That final step is where scientific recognition is ultimately validated.

To date, 16 peer-reviewed scientific articles have been published in 11 international journals, from the USA and UK to India, including:

  • Environmental Impacts: Journal of Biomedical Research and Environmental Science — confirming the artificial nature of the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun;

  • Geoinformatics and Geostatistics: An Overview — on dating the pyramids and tunnels;

  • Acta Scientific: Environmental Science Journal — on the archaeological stratigraphy of the Ravne 3 tunnels;

  • Journal of Advanced Artificial Intelligence, Engineering and Technology — on the beneficial ionization within Ravne tunnels;

  • Acta Scientific: Medical Sciences — scientific confirmation of the tunnels as a regenerative environment;

  • Journal of Environmental Science, Sustainability and Green Innovation — on the global prehistoric phenomenon of stone spheres studied by the Foundation;

  • Annals of Civil Engineering and Management — on the engineering behind megalithic structures including the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun;

  • A co-authored paper with geophysicist Prof. Konstantin Korotkov in Acta Scientific: Medical Sciences, on the influence of pyramid geometry on the environment and human wellness.

The Foundation proudly affirms that it has honored all the essential steps of the scientific method, and the discoveries of the Bosnian pyramids, tumuli, and tunnels—along with their remarkable age and unconventional purpose—now stand as part of the global scientific heritage.

It’s worth noting that the critics of the Bosnian pyramid research, from Bosnia and the region as well as globally, have not published a single peer-reviewed scientific article arguing that “this is not a pyramid complex.”

Their opposition is based on institutional authority and personal opinion. Yet in science, opinion is irrelevant.

Equally impressive is the Foundation’s contribution to social responsibility through the creation of Europe’s most beautiful archaeological, tourist, and recreational park: “Ravne 2.”

Built on land that was once a neglected swamp near the Ravne tunnels, it is now a regional oasis for culture, sports, art, volunteering, and children.

The park is free to enter, even though its maintenance and development are financially demanding. All parking areas, concerts, and children’s events are also free.

Events like ice shows (which elsewhere cost 50–80 KM), activities for orphans from across Bosnia, and numerous others are entirely non-commercial.

The Foundation receives no state or international grants or financial support. Its survival depends on vision, persistence, and enthusiasm.

Of course, some will continue to live in the past, criticizing the Foundation, falsely claiming it “digs tunnels,” putting “Bosnian pyramids” in quotation marks, and insisting “science has not recognized them.”

But the Foundation operates at a different frequency: of discovery, science, curiosity, peace, friendship, and cooperation.

Everyone is welcome—especially the youngest. In 2024 alone, 155 kindergartens, elementary and high schools from across Bosnia, Croatia, and Serbia visited the park.

Tens of thousands of children spent the day in a traffic-free, clean, green, and joyful environment, guided by the smiling staff of the Foundation.

Politicized Archaeology and Cultural Gatekeeping: The Case of the Bosnian Pyramids

May 30, 2025

The Bosnian Pyramid project in Visoko, Bosnia-Herzegovina, stands at the intersection of scientific exploration and political resistance.

Despite the accumulation of peer-reviewed studies, independent expert visits, and robust archaeological and environmental data, the project has encountered systematic rejection from members of the cultural and academic establishment—many of whom have never visited the site.

This article investigates the phenomenon of politicized archaeology, where institutional loyalty, ideological orthodoxy, and cultural gatekeeping override empirical inquiry.

Through documented examples and statistical modeling, including Monte Carlo simulations, we examine the improbability that such sustained expert support could occur by chance.

Furthermore, we contrast the transparent, field-based research efforts of supporters with the unsubstantiated public discreditation campaigns waged by opponents.

By exploring the political, media, and academic dynamics surrounding the case, this study contributes to broader discussions on intellectual pluralism, heritage governance, and the consequences of narrative monopolies in cultural policy.
