So this might sound pretty dumb.. But I've suspected since the 80's that the punk movement was knocked over in favor of what became speed and hair metal, by the media (MTV et al).

Because the punk scene seemed like they were waking people up…Because a lot of the punks were anti nwo… And all the rest of the metal genre's shit since then has been pretty satanic sometimes..

And this correlation between a Slayer tune and what's taken place here has the gears turning..
