Yep, there is no way anyone could make an realistic heads or tails of that monstrosity. It is a bill that basically amends hundreds of other bills, has no context of what the amendments will achieve, and is completely dependent on interpretations of how much will be saved, what will be cut, and who will get extra stuff.

This proves the point that Ron Johnson made, that every provision should be examined individually.

I would add, every provision should have the current spending listed as well as what the projected change to spending would be based on the amendment to the text.

There is no way Trump read that thing or has any real understanding of what each of those provisions actually does. He gave some group of lobbyist, staffers, and consultants the directive to achieve some big picture goals and they sat down and did some finger in the wind calculations on changes that would support their big picture social goals.

So I think the real question is not did you read it, the question is whose interpretation and spin do you trust more. Trump probably has the best of intentions, but his delivery on culture war blows to woke ideology can be swept away as quickly as it came with a regime change. On substancive long term changes (Stop funding Ukraine and Isreal wars, deport 35Million people, put HIGH LEVEL sexual predators and those who used that information for blackmail in prison) he is not delivering any more that he did the first time.

I personally know someone who has put cameras in space on SpaceX rockets and works with most of the rocket companies. I have seen the footage I probably should not have seen, seen what they are developing and seen things that came back from space. I have had in-depth conversations with this person and things they have seen. Most of the planet is already under surveillance, and the lasers we are putting up there are already able to do what the Golden Dome is suppose to do.
