"She's detained, and now you're detained. NO CRIME"… In order to detain, cops must have a reasonable articulable suspicion OF A CRIME, not just "you're suspicious", not "we're investigating". They must reasonably suspect a CRIME, yet cops across the nation unlawfully detain with no suspicion of a crime every day.
