President Trump has weighed in after Elon Musk began publicly bashing the GOP's 'Big Beautiful Bill,' telling reporters on Thursday that he's 'very disappointed in Elon,' and that Musk only opposes the bill because they eliminated electric vehicle tax credits from it.

"Elon is upset because we took the EV mandate which was a lot of money for electric vehicles. They're having a hard time the electric vehicles, and they want us to pay billions of dollars in subsidy. Elon knew this from the beginning," said Trump.

Revelation Of Epstein Investment Tied To Peter Thiel Adds To Growing Concerns About Palantir

Following a scathing report from The New York Times implicating Palantir Technologies at the core of an expanding US surveillance stated enhanced with the power of Artificial Intelligence powered by the company, the PR nightmare for co-founder Peter Thiel continues. The NYT continued its offensive against him by publishing another exposé revealing previously unknown ties between Thiel and "diseased" serial sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. According to the NYT report, Epstein funneled $40 million into another firm founded by Thiel named after The Lord of the Rings lore: Valar Ventures.

According to the report, Epstein made the $40 million contribution to 2 separate funds managed by Valar Ventures between 2015-2016. Since making the contribution, the return on that investment has seen it grow to nearly $170 million. That $170 holding now stands as the single largest asset of the over $200 million still belonging to the Epstein estate almost 6 years following his supposed demise.

Epstein's previously unknown investment managed by the venture capital firm is far from the first instance of his ties to Thiel. According to The Wall Street Journal, Epstein scheduled multiple meetings with Thiel in the run-up to the 2016 Presidential Election. The WSJ report went on to reveal that Epstein attempted to arrange meetings between Thiel and real-estate mogul Thomas Barrack with former Russian United Nations Ambassador Vitaly Churkin. Thiel also scheduled several meetings with Epstein at his New York home around that time.

The meetings arranged for Thiel by Epstein coincide with the Palantir co-founder's most visible entry into the American political discourse when he made his support for then Presidential candidate Donald J. Trump known. Since 2016, Thiel has remained one of President Trump's most influential supporters. That support has led to the expansion of Palantir within the Trump administration, as conveyed by the growing list of federal contracts the technology firm has been awarded since the President's return to the White House for his second, non-consecutive term. To date, Palantir has been awarded over $900 million in federal contracts by the second Trump administration. The bulk of that total came less than 2 weeks ago when the Department of Defense awarded Palantir an enormous $795 million contract.

FDA Not Recommending Newly Approved COVID-19 Vaccine: Official

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved a new COVID-19 vaccine but is not recommending people receive it, the agency’s top vaccine officials said on June 4.

“There’s another misconception I want to clarify, which is, people have said, ‘You at FDA are recommending the shots to high risk people and older people.’ I want to be very clear, the FDA is not your doctor. We are not, we don’t recommend shots to people,” Dr. Vinay Prasad, head of the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, said in a video released by the agency.

“What we do is we make them available for patients to have a conversation with their doctor. But I can understand a 66-year-old who goes to see their doctor and they may decide to do it or not do it, that’s their medical decision. FDA is granting a marketing authorization for that, but we are not in the business of making recommendations.”

Dr. Marty Makary, the FDA commissioner, said on the social media platform X that the FDA’s job “is to review data and decide whether products are safe and effective.”

Officials with the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research on May 31 approved a new COVID-19 vaccine from Moderna.

The FDA cleared the shot for two groups who have previously received a COVID-19 vaccine: people 65 and older, and those 12 to 64 with at least one condition the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says increases their risk of severe COVID-19.

The CDC recently stopped recommending COVID-19 vaccines for healthy children and pregnant women.

The FDA typically authorizes and approves vaccines, while the CDC issues vaccine recommendations.

Prasad’s predecessor at the FDA, Dr. Peter Marks, who resigned earlier this year, repeatedly recommended COVID-19 vaccination during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“You should get a COVID-19 booster,” Marks said in one video, published on Dec. 21, 2021.

He said that a booster, or an additional shot on top of a previous vaccination, “will increase the level of your immunity and will provide strong protection from the serious complications of COVID-19, including hospitalization and death.”

Police, Jerusalem Pride marchers clash as protesters call for hostages' release

A few notable Israeli politicians attended the march to show solidarity for the LGBTQ+ community.

Participants in the Jerusalem Pride and Tolerance March clashed with Israel Police officers on Thursday, social media reports showed.

A video of the incident, seen by The Jerusalem Post, shows people trying to break apart a protester and an officer. At the beginning of the video, a separate group of people can be seen trying to break up a separate altercation.

In the video, protesters were lying on the ground and being put in handcuffs. Several people can also be seen trying to prevent crowds from forming during the supposed arrests.

Israeli public broadcaster KAN reported that at least one protester in the march was arrested after they assaulted a police officer.

The marchers walked from Liberty Bell Park to Independence Park and encountered some counter-protests to the march along the way. The police said in a statement that Keren Hayesod, Palomar, King George, Hillel, and Menashe Ben Israel Streets were closed due to the march, along with several connecting streets.

Some other notable Israeli politicians attended the pride march, namely President Isaac Herzog and Opposition leader Yair Lapid.

"We came here to remember a beautiful Israeli girl who came to do good and was murdered here ten years ago. Her only goal was to do good and spread light in the world," Herzog said, as reported by KAN.

"We need to understand a clear social consensus – there is no place for violence in any form, there is no dialogue with violence. We will not accept violence in our society. I know there is violence, and we are here to eradicate it. We demand love, respect, and equality, including for the LGBTQ+ community, which is an integral part of Israeli society, and for all groups in Israeli society who need to learn how to exchange words and spread great love."

Lapid slammed the Israeli far-right and said that they were only capable of hatred.

"[Itamar] Ben Gvir and [Bezalel] Smotrich will not tell us who to love. The ultra-Orthodox will not tell us who to love," he said. "The group of crazy people protesting against us not far from here will not tell us who to love. These people are experts in only one thing – hate. We do not ask people who specialize in hate who we should love."

Pro-life organizations and doctors celebrated the end of the Biden-era expansions as a win for women and babies.

The Trump administration officially rescinded Biden administration-era guidance that attempted to force hospitals to perform abortions in violation of pro-life states’ protections this week because it does “not reflect the policy of this Administration.”

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services announced on Tuesday that it will do away with former Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra’s demands that hospitals perform abortions as “stabilizing” procedures, even if state law prohibits abortion except in cases of rape, incest, or to save the life of a woman.

“CMS will continue to enforce EMTALA, which protects all individuals who present to a hospital emergency department seeking examination or treatment, including for identified emergency medical conditions that place the health of a pregnant woman or her unborn child in serious jeopardy,” the statement declares.

CMS also promised to “rectify any perceived legal confusion and instability created by the former administration’s actions.”

The Ronald Reagan administration enacted the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA) in 1986 to stop hospitals from turning away patients based on their inability to pay the expenses. The law requires adequate treatment for an “unborn child” but also explicitly does “not preempt any State or local law requirement, except to the extent that the requirement directly conflicts with” EMTALA.

Shortly after the Supreme Court’s 2022 Dobbs v. Jackson ruling, however, the CMS, at the behest of an executive order, expanded EMTALA to include abortion as a routine “irrespective of any state laws or mandates that apply to specific procedures.”

The Democrat regime then weaponized its redefinition of the law against Idaho for prohibiting abortion except in cases of rape or incest, or if a physician deems it necessary to save the mother’s life.

The Biden administration’s attack on the pro-life law made it all the way to the Supreme Court, which ruled 6-3 in 2024 to toss the case back to the leftist San Francisco-based 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

The Trump administration’s Department of Justice, however, formally dropped the Biden administration’s EMTALA attack on Idaho less than three months before CMS repealed the guidance.

Set up a status quo of dehumanizing a group of people and manufacturing consent for violence and abuse against them, and you will inevitably wind up with a far right apartheid state which is committing genocide, as surely as dropping a stone off a building will result in a stone falling to the ground.

Right-wing Israelis attempt to block aid trucks bound for besieged Gaza

Protesters from extremist group Tsav 9 gathered at border crossing to prevent aid deliveries to Gaza

Right-wing Israelis attempted to obstruct the entry of humanitarian aid trucks into the besieged Gaza Strip on Wednesday, Israeli media said.

According to Haaretz newspaper, around 20 activists from the extremist group Tsav 9 (Order 9) gathered at the Kerem Shalom border crossing to prevent aid deliveries to Gaza, where famine conditions persist under Israel’s prolonged blockade.

The group repeatedly claimed on social media that humanitarian assistance for failure to achieve Israel’s war goals in Gaza and vowed to block aid until all Israeli captives are returned.

Israel estimates that 58 hostages remain in Gaza, including 20 believed to be alive. Meanwhile, more than 10,000 Palestinians are held in Israeli prisons under harsh conditions, including reports of torture, starvation, and medical neglect, according to rights groups.

The protest comes as Gaza faces its 94th day under near-total siege, despite international calls to lift restrictions that amount to collective punishment.

While Israel has permitted limited aid under mounting global pressure, UN agencies say current deliveries meet only a fraction of the enclave’s desperate needs.

The Israeli army, rejecting international calls for a ceasefire, has pursued a brutal offensive against Gaza since October 2023, killing more than 54,600 Palestinians, most of them women and children.

Last November, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.

IDF Promotes Officer Who Soldiers Said Ordered to Shoot Gazans Carrying White Flag

An IDF commander was said to have issued a shoot-to-kill order against two Gazans carrying a white flag, which was dismissed by other officers who deemed it illegal. Even though the military police have yet to investigate the incident, the officer was promoted to battalion commander

An Israel Defense Forces officer was recently promoted to the ranks of a battalion commanding officer, despite a pending decision to open an investigation into reports from his subordinates that he ordered them to shoot two Gazans carrying a white flag.

In December 2024, a Haaretz op-ed written by a soldier who witnessed it, as well as a Haaretz investigative report into events that took place along the Netzarim corridor, disclosed the incident.

Following the publication of the op-ed, the Israeli Military Police summoned the soldier who wrote it, Haim Har-Zahav, to give a statement.

Many months have passed since, but to date, the army has not decided whether to open an investigation into the incident. The officer, a major in the reserves, has not been summoned for questioning and is set to command an infantry battalion that has been operating in the Gaza Strip during the war.

The incident occurred in 2024, when two Palestinians tried to cross the Netzarim corridor northward, from Wadi Gaza near Nuseirat, toward Gaza City. An Israeli military drone sent to the site spotted them carrying a white flag and waving their hands above their heads.

Two soldiers who were in the command and control center and overheard the radio communication taking place during the incident, told Haaretz that the officer, who was then deputy battalion commander, issued a shoot-to-kill order against the two men.

They added that another officer who bore witness to the incident yelled out a countercommand by radio. The deputy commander, according to the two soldiers, answered, "I don't know what a white flag is. Shoot to kill."

The deputy battalion commander later asked, "Was it carried out?"; i.e., were the Gazans shot?
