The heads of the three branches of Russia's spy agencies met Pompeo and others this past week.

Could they be working on a deal to give up Snowden and is win-win?

I'm always skeptical of Russia and US working together because of their opposing support for Iran vs Israel. But maybe if the swamp is drained it opens up new opportunities in other ways. (Russia themselves have been fighting the cabal.)
