This is how most states are handling it.
Even red states have the same policy.
Some states enforce though arrest then jail, Florida is the only state that works and cooperates with ICE directly.
Most states and jurisdictions dont have an enforcement policy even with arrest, they just let them go immediately.
ICE has to wait outside at immigration court room in the states that arrest/jail that create immigration hearings.
I'm wondering if Military is going to be needed, like the national guard but that depends on the Governor enacting them for that purpose.
