If Q+ arrests politicians over their rhetoric, they will have to deal with left judges that will protect their free speech to influence the public and their constituents. The problem is vagueness, which causes something that is undefendable without a costly battle. Think about it for a second, the same thing happens when we say, for example, an agency is responsible instead of an individual. You cannot prosecute the entire agency without a costly battle but you can prosecute an individual who made those decisions much easier. Same thing here. Pin them down.
