I'm 20 mins away and I assume someone would have seen or heard it on Whidbey unless it was in the middle of the Straight of Juan De Fuca where they do all the Navy drills anyway but not missile launches.
Do they have sub to aircraft missiles? A nuke isn't going to target a 747
