A respectable Nation requires the dignity of its citizenry. To desecrate symbols (e.g. flags) of that nation by a citizen, is synonymous to self loathing and mutilation.
These are indications of underlying mental conditions most likely based in anger issues and profound discomfort with one's own existence.
Maybe there's an ordinance against igniting fires (with accelerant) on public property without a permit.
It's a safety issue above all.
I'm not saying flag burning should be wholly prohibited.
But you can't let violent retards burn random shit with gasoline of public property.
Unprovoked violence is a mental condition.
