No actually believe they did not your just obviously trying to cover for your lack of understanding.
You know the Olympics is a very costly event usually any country that takes it on looses money. This is the thing about this what other country wants to loose money for this event now is the thing. Perhaps they want to to host it since they have so much money. Are they volunteering for their government?

It is a right believe it or not. The only limits on this is not to be a disruption to some event that has a permit or ownership of an area so on… they can throw you out or have you arrested is the thing. But as it goes if you have a permit you can do this is the thing but if your using to try to hit people with or something as it is burning you can be arrested.
