for what it's worth a SS member would have the same clearances the commander in chief would have, I assume this because of how the navy clearances work, you may hear something during lunch and you're just around it in general

yeah that's what I understand as well
for POTUS to do anything nuclear the SS would surely be protecting him if things got THAT bad, I assume they'd all have it since at least one of them would follow him into whatever room he'd have to go to, I can't see him being left alone because SS doesn't have that clearance, I know it's a need to know basis type of thing but…they need to protect and thus have to be very close, not only POTUS but former and family members as well
I just assume they have the highest of the high since they're going everywhere POTUS does and often show up days ahead to secure everything
