I still believe there is some connection to Rashid Razaq, current Speechwriter to the Secretary of the State for the Department of International Development. The photo Q posted showing Obama and his friend has an uncanny resemblance to this man in both his face and body structure.

Why? Not sure yet, have not been able to identify a connection between Razaq and Rhodes but suspect t has to do with the work he did on the Comprehensive Plan of Action on Iran. (Iran Deal)
Origin? I believe Ben Rhodes is connected to this fellow and that something to do with Rashid Razaq is the origin of the denial of his FBI security clearance.
