I keep seeing grabs from this "Washington Pundit" Site

Does some anon recall what it was with the founder of this site and the twitter acount @0Hour1

It was something weird, like the account owner tried to claim he was Q to 0hour1

It was a bunch of nonsense but I want to say it did make the website seem unreliable.

Some Anon know what I am vaguely remembering?
