Ronny Jackson claims Biden doctor Kevin O'Connor engaged in sexually inappropriate behavior: Report

Former White House physician and Texas GOP Rep. Ronny Jackson on Monday claimed he thought about firing former President Joe Biden's physician Kevin O'Connor multiple times while working at the White House Medical Unit because of inappropriate behavior.

Jackson, who previously served as the director of the medical unit, was responsible for signing O’Connor’s evaluations and fitness reports before he became White House physician. Jackson served as Physician to the President under Presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump.

The Texas Republican told The Daily Caller that O'Connor acted inappropriately multiple times, by making offensive jokes about women and "pranking" people by immaturely sticking their phones down his pants.

“This is like something you would see a 12-year-old boy do, but one of the things he would do — and I’ve seen him do it several times — is he would meet people for the first time, and he would ask them for their phone," Jackson said. "They would give him their phone, and he would stick their phone in his pants in the area where his groin’s at, then give them their phone back. And he thought that was absolutely hilarious.

"Most people were astonished—they were just kind of like, what’s going on here?' It was very immature," he continued. "He would say things that were just kind of offensive to some of the women in the office. And he thought they were funny. They were usually in the form of a joke, but a joke that was in very bad taste. But that was who he was.”

Jackson did not provide any specific dates or places where the behavior occurred or the names of the women who experienced the jokes. O'Connor has also not commented on the allegation so far.

The Republican lawmaker said that he did not fire O'Connor because he knew he would get a phone call from Obama if he tried.

“I didn’t get rid of him because I knew it would be an exercise in futility,” Jackson said. “Because if I had gotten rid of him, it was made very clear to me that I would be immediately getting a phone call from President Obama telling me, ‘What are you doing? Joe Biden’s upset. You need to hire this guy back or you need to stop this. You can’t get rid of this guy.'”

The comments come after the House Oversight Committee subpoenaed O'Connor last month, to testify about Biden's mental decline in the last year of his presidency.

142 ICE protestors arrested in San Fran (more than LA)

San Francisco police arrested about 60 protesters during a demonstration against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on June 8, 2025. The protest escalated when law enforcement in riot gear arrived, leading to a 40-minute standoff outside ICE headquarters. Officials declared an unlawful assembly, and arrests followed after some protesters engaged in assault, felony vandalism, and property damage.

Meanwhile, in Los Angeles, 42 protesters were arrested as tensions flared following President Donald Trump’s deployment of the National Guard to the city, bypassing the governor. The protests were sparked by high-profile ICE activity in California, with demonstrators shutting down a major highway and clashing with law enforcement.

NJ Gubernatorial Hopeful Defends Nation Of Islam After Video Surfaces of Him Applauding Violent Rhetoric by Louis Farrakhan

‘The cracker hit you on your jaw, you break his neck. That’s the way we think,’ Farrakhan said, prompting applause from Baraka.

New Jersey gubernatorial candidate and Newark mayor Ras Baraka (D.) defended the Nation of Islam and accused critics of trying to silence him after a video surfaced showing him applauding racist and violent comments from Louis Farrakhan, the group’s notorious anti-Semitic leader.

While serving as Newark’s deputy mayor in 2004, Baraka hosted Farrakhan to celebrate the first day of Kwanzaa. The Nation of Islam minister encouraged the mostly black audience to "break his neck" if "the cracker hit you on the jaw," called white people "the devil," and praised Baraka’s father. Baraka, for his part, called Farrakhan a "role model" whose teachings helped him "become a man" as a college student.

"The cracker hit you on your jaw, you break his neck. That’s the way we think," Farrakhan said, prompting Baraka—in the front row—to stand and applaud, video footage posted by the Nation of Islam shows.

After the video resurfaced, Baraka provided a lengthy statement to Jewish Insider on Thursday, saying he would "not be bullied."

"I will not be bullied or silenced into walking away from the fight for justice. I will not be cowed into denouncing my lifelong work for peace, equality, and equity," Baraka said. "These latest accusations and insinuations aren’t just false—they’re a reflection of the fear my candidacy is provoking in the political establishment."

"The Nation of Islam holds deep respect in many parts of the Black community because of the work they’ve done to reduce violence and support self-determination in neighborhoods that have been ignored and abandoned for generations," Baraka added.

The Nation of Islam and its leader have long histories of anti-Semitism. Farrakhan, for example, has compared Jews to "termites" and has praised Adolf Hitler as a "very great man." The Nation of Islam, meanwhile, sent a letter to several House Democrats defending its leader, telling them not to listen to "Satanic Jews" in 2018.

Baraka, the mayor of New Jersey’s largest city, is a leading candidate in the race for the Democratic gubernatorial nomination. He describes himself as an "underdog," even though he has the highest favorability among the six Democratic candidates jockeying for the governor’s mansion, according to a March 5 Fairleigh Dickinson University poll.

Farrakhan, during the 2004 speech, said the "cracker is the real devil" and praised Baraka’s father—another anti-Semite.

"You’re dealing with a devil, man. You’re not dealing with righteous people. This cracker is the real devil, and you better wake up and realize that," Farrakhan said.

"Ras Baraka came from a father that understood, ‘You kill my cat, you lose your dog,’" he added.

Amiri Baraka, while serving as New Jersey’s poet laureate in 2002, wrote a poem suggesting that Jews had advance knowledge of the 9/11 attacks.

"Who knew the World Trade Center was gonna get bombed / Who told 4000 Israeli workers at the Twin Towers / To stay home that day / Why did Sharon stay away?" Amiri Baraka wrote in a poem titled, "Somebody Blew Up America."

Farrakhan, during the 2004 speech, said black people, not Jews, are the subject of biblical prophecies.

"You may think that’s talking about some Jews somewhere, but it’s talking about you," Farrakhan said to the predominantly black audience.

The younger Baraka, in his statement to Jewish Insider, denied any anti-Semitic accusations.

"I am not antisemitic. I have never been. And it’s offensive and irresponsible for anyone to suggest otherwise," he said. "Throughout my life, I’ve built bridges across communities, faiths, and backgrounds to stand for justice and peace."

"This is what happens when someone challenges a broken status quo that’s failed working people for decades," Baraka continued. "So let’s be clear, the people trying to twist my words and my record are the same ones who don’t show up for any community—not Black, not Jewish, not Latino, not South Asian, not working-class people from anywhere. These are people who rely on our collective division."

Baraka did, however, praise Farrakhan and his teachings during the 2004 event.

"It wasn’t until I heard the voice and the organization of the Nation of Islam and Minister Louis Farrakhan that I really began to try to stand up straight and get the courage that I needed to get to begin to organize in the community the way I should have," he said.

Baraka hosted Farrakhan again in 2017 while serving as Newark’s mayor to commemorate the 22nd anniversary of the Million Man March.

"For all these years, the American taxpayers’ money has been given each year to Israel to maintain them on the land of the Palestinians. So don’t you tell me that we have not earned by our sweat and blood—a land of our own and to obligate them," Farrakhan said. "Since we cannot get along with them in peace and equality after giving them 400 years of our sweat and blood and receiving in return some of the worst treatment human beings have ever experienced, we believe our contributions to this land and the suffering forced on us by white America justifies our demand for complete separation in a state or territory of our own."

Baraka, who did not return a request for comment, has not shied away from associating with anti-Israel groups while on the campaign trail. On March 11, he spoke at an anti-ICE rally that featured the Council on American-Islamic Relations New Jersey, an anti-Semitic group that characterized Hamas's Oct. 7 attack on Israel as a prison break, calling it "inevitable" and "not unexpected."

Hageman Backs Bill To Change June From ‘Pride Month’ To ‘Family Month’

Rep. Harriet Hageman is supporting a Republican-backed bill that aims to change June from "Pride Month" to "Family Month". The bill, introduced by Rep. Mary Miller (R-Illinois), emphasizes the traditional nuclear family and the role of mothers and fathers in raising children. It also seeks to remove federal recognition of Pride Month, which was first officially proclaimed by President Bill Clinton in 1999.

Hageman stated that the initiative reflects the views of many Americans who believe that liberal policies have undermined traditional family values. The bill has received support from Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Claudia Tenney, and Glenn Grothman, among others.

Washington, DC lawyers are majority democrats

Brad Bondi, the brother of Attorney General Pam Bondi, overwhelmingly lost his bid to lead the D.C. Bar Association in a race with record turnout, the organization announced Monday.

Bondi, who is global co-chair of the law firm Paul Hastings’s investigations and white-collar defense practice, earned just 3,490 votes, or 9.1 percent, in the D.C. Bar’s presidential election. His opponent, employment lawyer Diane Seltzer, won 34,982 votes, or 90.9 percent.

The association does not decide attorney discipline matters, but critics of President Trump raised alarm that an attempted takeover by his allies was underway, as tensions between the White House and the legal profession reach stratospheric heights.

Seltzer, who runs an eponymous employment law firm and was endorsed by nearly two dozen former D.C. Bar Association presidents, begins her term as president-elect next month, on July 1, and her term as president begins on July 1, 2026.

The D.C. Bar is the largest unified bar in the country, with roughly 121,000 members. As concern about his effort to lead the group mounted, Bondi vowed to ensure the group would remain nonpartisan.

In the past, Bondi represented billionaire Elon Musk and Tesla, the Trump Media & Technology Group and a group linked to YouTuber MrBeast in its bid to purchase TikTok.

In a statement to The Hill following the election, Bondi said he stands with a “heart full of gratitude and a mind heavy with concern for the future of the D.C. Bar.”

“I had hoped this race would be a contest of ideas to enhance services for our widely varied members,” Bondi said, listing off suggestions like a stronger ethics hotline and expanded pro bono programs to unite lawyers in service “from big law to solo practice.”

“Instead, I am disgusted by how rabid partisans lurched this election into the political gutter, turning a professional campaign into baseless attacks, identity politics, and partisan recrimination,” he continued.

Bondi said tactics included “smearing” him over his family and “peddling conspiracies” about his intentions, which he called “not just an assault on my integrity but on the D.C. Bar’s very mission.” He cautioned that the Bar may “never recover from this politicization.”

Alicia Long, a top deputy to interim U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro, also lost her bid for treasurer, earning 8,854 votes, or 25.1 percent of ballots cast. Cybersecurity lawyer Amanda Molina won that race with 26,380 votes, or 74.9 percent.

D.C. Bar CEO Robert Spagnoletti said on a press call Monday afternoon that the election saw record engagement from D.C. Bar members.

Over the past 50 years, the average number of ballots cast in an election was 7,444. This year, some 38,646 votes were cast in the race, or 43.26 percent of all eligible voters, he said.

He called the turnout, “to say the least, extraordinary.”

“Dozens of D.C. Bar members put themselves forward for leadership positions during the call for nominations, and each candidate on the slate is very well qualified to serve in a leadership role,” Spagnoletti said on the call, where he emphasized the “apolitical” nature of the group.
