Weird that [pharma] puts sugar into "special liquid food" for patients, including chronic inflamed patients. Weird that it's more than 20 grams per 100 ml. Weird that a Coke only has 8 grams per 100 ml. Weird that they pretend that there's only a few grams per 100 ml.

US Cola has a bit more sugar, than European Cola.

 

But the hospital liquid food has 20+ grams per 100 ml. They pretend that one of the sugars wouldn't be a sugar.
