NEW: Massachusetts judge set to face a misconduct hearing for allegedly helping an illegal evade ICE
Shelley M. Richmond Joseph, a MA state court Judge, is scheduled to have a misconduct hearing next week after she allegedly helped a twice-deported illegal alien evade ICE in 2018.
If the allegations are true, she needs to be charged.
