Renowned attorney Larry Klayman predicted on USAWatchdog months ago that there would be full-blown, legal civil war happening in the court system.

With 272 cases and counting filed against the Trump Administration, that prediction has proven spot-on.

Klayman also predicted months ago that violence from the “rabid Left” would not only increase but “explode.” The LA riots prove another bullseye for Klayman.

White phosphorus, blood-red money. Australian Super profiting from genocide

Australia’s largest super fund, Australian Super, is investing members’ money in Israeli companies profiting from the US/Israeli genocide of the Palestinians.

Australia’s largest super fund, Australian Super, is invested in Israeli companies linked to war crimes in Palestine, including a manufacturer of the deadly white phosphorus, which has been used in IDF attacks on crowded civilian areas in Gaza and Lebanon.

AusSuper holds shares in both Elbit Systems, Israel’s biggest weapons manufacturer and ICL Group (formerly Israel Chemicals Ltd,) which manufactures white phosphorus. Spanish protestors gathered to protest the group’s involvement in the genocide outside ICL offices last month.

These investments alone would appear to constitute a gross contravention of AusSuper’s own stated principles. Australian Super, like many large organisations, is a signatory to the UN General Principles (UNGP) on Business and Human Rights.

And by buying into these companies, the superfund, which manages around $360 billion of assets for ordinary Australians, has made millions of ordinary Australians unwitting investors in genocide

AusSuper holds investments in 55 Israeli companies, which we could find (see spreadsheet graphic below). Many of these are linked to providing services to the Netanyahu government and the IDF, and others involved in funding illegal settlements.

But ICL and Elbit stand out: Elbit for its role in making the weaponry that is killing so many thousands of Palestinians (as well as aid worker Zomi Frankcom), and ICL for the sheer deadliness of its product (which Israel has used in breach of international law).

MBS attendance at 2-state confab to signal that France will recognize Palestinian state

Final decision not made, but diplomats tell ToId that Saudi crown prince instructed staff to prepare for his arrival at UN conference, which could lead other world leaders to take part

France is weighing whether to recognize a Palestinian state, and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s attendance at a UN conference next week aimed at promoting a two-state solution will signal if Paris will go ahead with the pivotal move, four diplomats familiar with the matter told The Times of Israel on Wednesday.

While Saudi Arabia is co-sponsoring the UN confab along with France, Riyadh has yet to publicly announce whether bin Salman will attend along with French President Emmanuel Macron.

Two Arab diplomats and two Western diplomats told The Times of Israel that the crown prince — known by his initials MBS — is unlikely to attend the conference unless it includes a major deliverable seen to advance a two-state solution.

A French decision to become the most prominent Western country to recognize a Palestinian state would be more than enough to warrant MBS’s presence in New York, the diplomats said.

“He will attend if France decides to recognize Palestine,” one of the Arab diplomats said.

For its part, Israel has asserted that unilateral recognition of a Palestinian state would amount to a “reward” to Hamas for its October 7, 2023, attack that started the ongoing Gaza war.

Supporters of the move maintain that joint international recognition of Israel and a Palestinian state helps actualize a two-state solution — which Hamas opposes — and that waiting for the perfect conditions while maintaining the status quo on the ground helped create the conditions that allowed the October 7 onslaught to unfold.

A spokesperson for France’s Mission declined a request to comment, but a Western diplomat said the chances of Paris recognizing a Palestinian state were boosted by a letter that Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas sent earlier this week.

Police injured, houses burned in second night of riots in Northern Ireland

At least17police have been injured and five arrests made in second night of ‘racially motivated’ disorder in Ballymena.

Hundreds of masked riotershave attacked police and set homes and cars on fire in Northern Ireland’s Ballymena in the second night of disorder described by police as “racially motivated” following a protest over an alleged sexual assault in the town.

Police said on Wednesday that they had arrested five people “on suspicion of riotous behaviour” and that 17 officers had been injured, “with some requiring hospital treatment”, in the previous night’s violence in the town, located about 45km (30 miles) from the capital, Belfast.

“In a second night of rioting and disorder, mainly in the Clonavon Terrace area of Ballymena, police officers came under sustained attack over a number of hours with multiple petrol bombs, heavy masonry, bricks and fireworks in their direction,” the Police Service of Northern Ireland said in a statement.

Riot police were deployed, firing plastic baton rounds, and using water cannon and dog units as part of their response to the disorder.

One house was burned out and rioters attempted to set a second home alight, according to reports, while several cars were set on fire.

The Belfast Telegraph newspaper said that some residents in Ballymena have started to mark their front doors to indicate their nationality to avoid attack, while Irish media outlets report that a call has gone out for protests to be held in other towns and cities in Northern Ireland, which is part of the United Kingdom.

Unrest first erupted on Monday night after a peaceful vigil in a neighbourhood of Ballymena where an alleged sexual assault occurred on Saturday. The trouble began when people in masks “broke away from the vigil and began to build barricades, stockpiling missiles and attacking properties”, police said.

Two teenage boys, charged by police with the attempted rape of a teenage girl, had appeared in court earlier in the day, where they had asked for a Romanian interpreter, local media reports said.

Tensions in the town, which has a large migrant population, remained high throughout Tuesday, with residents describing the scenes as “terrifying” and telling reporters that those involved were targeting “foreigners”.

“This violence was clearly racially motivated and targeted at our minority ethnic community and police,” Northern Ireland Assistant Chief Constable Ryan Henderson said.
