The 787 wings are nounted to far forward. Things tends to make the aircraft want to pitch down. From the video the pilot does not have the plane in a takeoff configuration with full flaps. In fact it looka opposite as in fully retracted. Guy must have been trying to rip control column out getting it to climb. Should have done a visual on flaps before tskeoff or the tower should have notified him he is a retard.
