…There is often a degree of deference given members, but shouting down a cabinet member speaking at a press conference is not a matter of deference. It is a matter of disruption. He is also accused of resisting officers who did not know who he was and why he was approaching Noe
Sen. Padilla allegedly had NO Form of ID “showing” to Prove he was a Member of Congress!
If some irate guy breaks into a government press conference & starts heading for the front WITHOUT identifying himself, he Deserves to be Detained & Expelled.
