Federal law does not and can not trump the rights of the people as those rights are reserved to the people, government was not given that authority by the people but denied that authority.

The 9th amendment makes clear that just because a right reserved by the states or the people is not enumerated in the constitution it does not deny or disparage rights reserved by the state or the people.

Whether you like it or not, We the Peoples right to throw off government they no longer consent to is reserved to the people, was recognized before the constitution, the constitution does not and can not deny or disparage it, and the federal government is violating the 9th amendment by denying it.

The 9th amendment is LITERALLY setup as a checkmate for We the People's right to throw off government. It amazes me how many so called "legal scholars" either do not understand our constitution or just flat out lie. Let me give you an example, how does congress stop the people from being able to open carry/bear arms?

  1. Ignore the constitution. This is what they've gone with and it's a blatant violation of the constitution.

  1. Amend the constitution. As no one was supposed to hold immunity in a government that guarantees equal protection of the laws, removing that right even with a constitutional amendment would be violating the constitution and unlawful. Our founders made sure that it couldn't lawfully be taken away, well until the people started happily ignoring it and doing whatever the government says.

Read what I said again, then read the 10th again.

>10th amendment

>The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

The people reserve the right to "throw off" the federal government.

> that federal laws and the Constitution take precedence over state laws

Sorry forgot to address, you keep missing that the federal government only has authority to make laws granted to it by the people or the states, and We the People hold precendence over the federal government, hence the federal government is forbidden from infringing the peoples rights.

Now if it were proven the government faked an insurrection to remove those rights, they'd be fucked. kek

>The powersnotdelegated to the United States by the Constitution

Correct, and government is not delegated power to violate the peoples rights they reserve. Government desperately tried to claw power away from the people, but ultimately all government power is from consent of the governed. When the people no longer consent, the government is delegated ZERO power.

It's not only "illegals" whose rights are being violated by government "agitating" peaceful protests to declare them unlawful assembly and shut them down.

Also the US Constutution guarantees all persons on US Soil due process, including illegals, and the Supreme Court has long upheld such.

Some should really be careful about who they follow and what nonsense they believe.

I know the 14th well.

"Agitation" done as "false flags" to create fireworks and shut down peaceful protests. Sometimes you can't just tell the people, you have to show them.

POTUS has immunity for "official acts", like setting up the "agitators".

No, it's inciteful authoritarian bullshit meant to divide. There's a reason LE fly the flag of division flaunting the biblical firmament separating the "Waters above" from the "Waters below". The waters means people.

It's not the cartels anon, LE was setup. Those so willing to violate our constitution were setup.

What Americans are done with is tyrants violating our rights and constitution while abusing people because they're hammers who see every problem as a nail and don't understand what the liberty they're supposed to protect actually is.

You mean like you look the other way while we have gun control, civil asset forfeiture etc?

The "invasion" is a bunch of mindless order followers in the ranks of LE who haven't a clue what out rights or constitution are or means. They talk about liberty while in chains (chain of command) and true liberty angers them.

Yeah I agree with that. To me anyone that really believed in liberty and being a servant is already gone, and any that come in have no place among what's left. I know Detective Matt on youtube talks a good game (no idea if he's legit) but he was also getting out AFAIK.

I have yet to come across a cop that will answer me truthfully when I ask them who told them government had the authority to say they could violate the constitutional limits the people placed on government. Gun control, civil asset forfeiture etc. It's like it sends them into immediate cognitive dissonance.

I'm REALLY wondering if that's what Q meant by march madness, as they really can't seem to think outside the "order" established in their minds.
