Within just the Fiscal year 2023-24, $380 million was spent towards DEI on an education program, which Higher Education Institutions within Colorado and other liberal states utilize to route services to illegal immigrants (spending labor hours on foreign students while not 'counting' them as active participants, while simultaneously neglecting American born students). ICE has a target rich environment within Colorado, going to each university and community college to pull those students who have CAFSA (Colorado's state FAFSA) but whom do not have FAFSA would provide a direct list of illegal immigrant students whom are pulling time, attention, and resources away from American students.
