When Kavanaugh's records are examined for his confirmation hearings, and all the sealed documents are unsealed, then the whole Vince Foster murder (ruled a suicide and covered up) will be out in the open…yes, would implicate Bush, Clintons, potentially, Kavanaugh himself (I say potentially because he may have been coerced to cover it up, we don't know for certain)…so the votes don't matter, getting evidence out in the open does.
