This looks like a low level missile system. They have improved ones that they made they maybe just rockers with a better ignition system then what is similar to the Rockers that are used to fire at Israel at times.

Intimidation as they would go to this level of bs and target at a single person more or less is the issue it is one thing to bag on a celebrity or a political person like in general it is another to try to form someone and only that person image based on Ai or other aspect of things that are being done.
