It tells you that the US Navy Pacific Command was comped. The cabal had control of key elements in the chain of command.
But the CLAS removal tells you that the Trump admin knew this, and had set up a scenario so that comped individuals would openly commit treason. As soon as the individual acted, Washington state was cut off from CLAS which I assume to be some sort of command network.
The individual might have acted on their own, i.e. as a sleeper, or an order may have come from someone in the DeepState who still had access to Naval command networks, perhaps from a Hawaii naval base.
Imagine if Hillary was in a Hawaii naval base, gave the order to shoot down AF1 with a missile so she could get back her rightful position as President. She's arrogant enough to do something like that.
