I'm not accusing, simply stating. I do not condemn anyone, I just shine a little light.
All persons on US soil are guaranteed due process, citizen or not. That is according to the US constitution and long upheld by the US Supreme Court. It was in fact the intention that even non-citizens receive due process of law.
The patriot act was blatantly unconstitutional, and denying due process now is blatantly unconstitutional, but many are so blinded by "order" they don't care what it says, or what the intent was, or what the court said, only "orders, while some others seem deathly afraid of giving the "illegals" due process because Q mentioned Military tribunals if the courts are too overloaded and how you avoid corrupt courts.
Go ahead, project more nonsense.
