Nowhere do I find any mention of this being a part of a vaccine or a Pfizer patent. It is a patent for contract tracing presumably with your cell phone or similar electronic device. Coincidentally it seems to be originally an Israeli patent and specifically includes COVID. Having gone through the patent process personally it seems to have been fast tracked with less than a year from submission to publication.
