This is what an illegal Red Notice crime looks like.
This is the exact post that precipitated the now void Red Notice issued by a butt hurt narco-terrorist former Belize Police Commissioner Clyde Chester Williams.
1) The post was made in Mexico, not Belize.
2) The facts of the post were and are true.
3) Williams' son was not in Belize at the time the post was made -he was in Taiwan at the time.
There is nothing illegal, criminal or civil, under amy laws, including Belizean law and Belizean Constitution.
Red Notices, only 70,000 total in the world, are for "serious" internationally recognized criminal offenses, such as money laundering, human trafficking, drug trafficking, murder, heists, etc. and under Interpol member state rules political and speech based offenses cannot be grounds for a Red Notice. How this slipped through the vetting process is still being investigated -it was initially declined when it was requested in July 2024, but in May 2025 it somehow got reactivated by mistake. Upon Notice Belize immediately dismissed the charge, voided the Red Notice, and submitted intent not to pursue criminal or other legal action, within 3 business days. Subsequently attorneys were hired to ensure the fullest punishment, including the removal of Belize from the Red Notice program for misuse (not the first time).
Fun fact the Red Notice by Williams had multiple spelling errors, was so grammatically errored that neither the Interpol Agents, myself, my attorneys, or the Immigrations Officials could fully comprehend the intended description and no translation tool, Google Translate or ChatGPT could accurately translate it to Spanish in a definitive manner.
Regardless, there are no warrants, no Red Notices, no Diffusions, nothing. Anywhere. Its all finished now, just clean up.
