From what I understood, at the start of Donald Trump's Presidency, everything was comped except for the Marines and the faction within the NSA who were plotting the Counter-Coup. Maybe other scattered white hats?
I'm thinking that those who actually had allegiance to the Constitution / Bill of Rights / U.S.A. had to be underground, hidden, since they were in the minority. If they came out as patriot / whistle-blowers they would be ruined. So they've all kept low profiles, is what I imagine. Now that the tables are turning the Satanist-criminal types haven't all gotten the memo yet.
