Stupid people, and politically far left bitches, have mo clue what happened with the verdict yesterday in the Lindell trial.

1) 2.3m is a far cry from the nearly a BILLION fox news settled for. Everyone else settled for way more.

2) MyPillow the company was completely vindicated, meaning they can now seek disparagement lawsuits against Coomer per se and automatically. Further they can, and will, be seeking attorney fees and costs to defend the case, which will exceed the 2.3m by multiple factors.

3) The appeals cannot set aside the verdict amount, so a new trial, if ordered on appeal, will determine liability, and if found liable on appeal (again) the amount cannot exceed 2.3m.

4) Oltmann has his case heating up. This trial was the first of many, but now the standard is set. Eric Coomer's windfall has ended. Joe is going to wreak Coomer at his trial.

5) The judge refused to allow the Facebook posts to be used during this trial, which is wrong and will be appealed. All future trials will make sure they come in.

6) Any lose in the future cases and Coomer will be fucked. No one else is settling. He was so bad this time, and it was just the first.

There are 2 additional Lindell trials coming up. Plus the Oltmann trials.

This is not a loss for Lindell. Its legally speaking a massive victory. But, the optics will be that Mike lost.

Here's a plain-English explanation of the verdict summary:

MyPillow: No liability at all.

Mike Lindell (the individual):

Found guilty on 2 out of 10 statements (presumably defamatory or false).

Ordered to pay $140,000 for non-economic damages (like reputational harm).

Ordered to pay $240,000 for economic damages (such as lost income).

Not guilty of intentional infliction of emotional distress (IIED) and civil conspiracy.

No punitive damages awarded against him.

FrankSpeech LLC (Lindell’s media platform):

Found guilty on 3 or 4 out of 10 statements.

Ordered to pay $1.3 million in economic damages.

Ordered to pay $400,000 in non-economic damages.

Ordered to pay $300,000 in punitive damages (to punish wrongdoing).

However, the plaintiff waived economic damages and presented no supporting evidence for them. Because of this, the defense plans to file a JNOV (Judgment Notwithstanding the Verdict) motion, which is a request to the judge to overturn the jury's decision on the economic damages due to lack of evidence.
