Dearborn, Michigan, is known to have the largest Arab community. I heard from a nurse who worked at the Dearborn hospital back in the early 2000s that a lot of Middle Eastern women would fly to America and have their children here and then fly back to their respective countries. Certain doctors were encouraging this. I asked her why she did not report it to the media, she responded by stating that she signed a nondisclosure agreement with the hospital.
