The video Q directed us to has been removed from YouTube. I listened to part of it which was embedded in some one’s q-drop explanation. Does anyone have a good link to this video?

This is my understanding of the what the Judge N explains.

In the video, Judge Napolitano says that Huber would, in effect, be a special prosecutor, if he were in DC and had assistants to help him.

However, he says that because Sessions letter directs Huber to work in Utah, Huber can only prosecute and call a grand jury for matters that pertain to Utah jurisdiction.

He said that Huber would need to travel to DC and impanel a grand jury if he wanted to prosecute the three matters that Sessions charged him with investigating because all three of them happened in DC.

The three MATTERS all regard the FBI’s involvement in:

1. The discharge of Hillary’s email case before gathering all the evidence. (Comey did not impanel GJ)

2. The discharge of Bill and Hillary involvement in U1 before gathering all the evidence.

3. The abuse and FISA to spy on Trump.
