Cops attack camera man, chief whines about negative exposure.

The chief says people need to understand cops have authority to put their hands on you, no they do not. They only have authority to go hands on in certain situations, and We the People have the RIGHT to defend ourselves with reasonable force. Cops are violating our rights, constitution, and laws all over the country and whining about people being fed-up with it.
