Homie..I have had too many cross municipal border interactions with Anaheim PD to poke that bear. Anaheim PD raided my homie in HB without notifying the local PD - took all his wax mfg equip and product and bounced - full aggro, guns, etc. I personally haven't had any issues with them, but I am also closely connected to them through various channels.
Here's the problem with a dig. There's nothing there that I don't already believe - like your claim. Close friends in one of my businesses was being blackmailed and extorted on a weekly basis by SAPD and IPD - together in units. I was swatted last year by SAPD.
