Iran is scared of America, not Israel.
Iran should have the right to defend themselves form a preemptive strike taht was caused by Israel.
What if somebody shot somebody in another state and told the cops it was a preemptive shooting Bc they FELT they were going to shoot them.
That would not fly with the law or police.
