A Dangerous Moment – The Targeting of Tulsi Gabbard 1/2

For the sake of urgency I’m going to talk in direct and bold terms about the targeting of Tulsi Gabbard.The IC system is attempting to remove her as a disruptive influence by using Iran as a wedge to get her out, but the issue they have with her has nothing to do with Iran.

CTH approaches this after being very concerned about Tulsi Gabbard’s ability. Not because of intent, but ratherbecause we doubted she understood the scope of the IC opposition aligned against the office of the Director of National Intelligence.

She started out with these weaknesses, but she learned quickly – grasped the opposition– and has become a transformative force within the Intelligence Community.

Director Gabbard’srecent efforts within the Intelligence Community Inspector General officeis another feather in her cap of competence.Gabbard is now a threat.

If President Trump allows or supports the removal of DNI Gabbard, he is opening up the backplate of his armor, and making himself vulnerable. The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, ChairmanTom Cotton, the disassembledNational Intelligence Counciland ahost of Intelligence Community embedswould like to see Gabbard removed.

DC wants to see her removedbecause the traditional role of the DNI has been a willful tool of the Intelligence Community; Gabbard is not that.

As DNI Mrs Tulsi Gabbard has chased down intelligence community leakers, released the JFK files, released Joe Biden’s domestic terrorism surveillance plan, intercepted anNIC plot to impeach President trump (confirmed by Rubio), taken control of the Presidential Daily Briefing, and begun to confront the corruption within the IC Inspector General organization. These are actions, not words, and those actions speak boldly.Suffice to say, her effectiveness has placed a target on her back.

In the past few weeks, ever since she began intercepting the ICIG issues and using her own personnel to monitor the IC network, she has been targeted with several direct smear campaigns. It is obviousthe targeting is coming from inside the intelligence apparatus, and perhaps even the orbit around/under CIA Director John Ratcliffe.

She did make a strange video about nuclear weapons contrast against the horrific outcomes in Japan, but that seemed to be more of a personal video entry expressing a deep concern about nuclear weapons from her own perspectives.I said it was weird when I saw it,but I put that into the context of ‘surfboard Tulsi‘, the DNI peacenik. No biggie. (Sundance is not explaining it as I read it)

However, with theIsrael -v- Iran conflictencompassing the White House, there is atransparent objective to weaponize Tulsi Gabbard’s activityas a contrast against President Trump supporting military conflict in Iran.

This contrast is being stimulated by the same elements who want to see her removed for the reasons noted above.

The latest narrative du jour in the files includes:

WASHINGTON DC – […] Trump has increasingly mused about nixing Gabbard’s office completely, an idea he floated when he gave her the job. In the White House there have been discussions about folding its mandate into the CIA or another agency, according to one of the people familiar with his response to the video and two others familiar with the matter — though it’s unclear what that would mean for Gabbard.The Director of National Intelligence serves as the president’s principal intelligence adviser and oversees the sprawling U.S. spy community. (link)(I don’t think PDJT ever mentioned getting rid of DNI seriously, because that would free the IC agencies to go rogue.)

First, “nixing Gabbard’s office completely” is exactly what the bad elementsof the Intelligence Community would love to see.

Second, “folding its mandate into the CIA” is like a dream come truefor the darkest elements of the IC and Senate enablers.

And Third, “serves as the president’s principal intelligence adviser” is false. That’s the job of the National Security Advisor, Marco Rubio.

If there is one hope amid this looming and increasing drumbeat to remove her,it is that Marco Rubio likely can see exactlywhat the motives and intentions arefrom his former colleagues. The elements targeting DNI Gabbard all comefrom SSCIChairman Marco Rubio’s old tribe.

SoS/NSA Rubio might save her, as too may Vice President JD Vance. Both of them are at the perfect distance to see the assembled drumbeat against Gabbard for what it is. At least that is my hope.

I am not confident they will succeed removing her. However, what I am confident about is that if Tulsi Gabbard is removed, she will not be replaced, and that’s as good as a win for the bad actors trying to target and survive Trump.

President Trump has no more juice or influence in the Senate. That time is over. Trump has exhausted all of the political capital he held in the upper chamber. Every Republican Senator will now smile, nod and do whatever the heck they want regardless of how it impacts President Trump.This is especially true for the SSCI who would control confirmation of a DNI replacement. They don’t have to pretend any longer, Trump’s juice is gone. (What does that mean? Sundance doesn’t know the dirt PDJT has on all of them, that’s where Q would come in handy)

If President Trump allows the Brutus crew in his orbit to isolate, ridicule and marginalize Tulsi Gabbard,he will be putting a significant part of his administration at risk. This is the Six Ways from Sunday crowd.

• As a matter of fact Ratcliffe botched that job in 2020 to reveal there was serious cheating, and he blamed it on the IC agencies not providing their reports.

• What if he was threatened by them in 2020 and went along. If so, no wonder we haven’t heard a peep out of him leading the CIA, this term.

• If he was threatened in 2020, why didn’t he decline that job when he knew the IC wouldn’t support Trump.

• Hate to think it, but is Ratcliffe already compromised?

Tucker Carlson Debates Senator Ted Cruz on Israel and Foreign Policy

Texas Senator Ted Cruz came from the Bush administration following his legal work on the Florida electoral challenge to George W Bush. As Karl Rove notes in his book, Courage and Consequence, Cruz wanted to be the United States Attorney General for the Bush administration. Dubya would not consider him, so Ted Cruz set about a new career path to run for the U.S. Senate from Texas.

Cruz worked as Texas Solicitor General (2003-2008), giving him statewide name recognition. Ted Cruz ran for U.S. Senate and won in 2012. In 2014 Robert Mercer (Breitbart) and Mark Levin began promoting Cruz as a presidential candidate for 2015/16; the ‘Cruz crew’ was born. The same ‘Cruz Crew’ coalition later evolved into the Ron DeSantis team in 2023. One of the four cornerstones of the Cruz/DeSantis political base, which includes a targeted evangelical following, has always been strong support for Israel.

This alignment is why we see the Cruz/DeSantis coalition as extremely supportive of the Israeli campaign against Iran, despite their generally soft support for President Trump on other matters. Obviously, the political gravity of President Trump is very strong – so those with future aspirations must remain Trump-adjacent, if not directly in his orbit.

In this somewhat adversarial interview, Tucker Carlson confronts Senator Cruz about his support for Israel, against the backdrop of the current Israeli zero-sum conflict with Iran. Trump is the first US leader in decades to tell Americans the truth – Zakharova

Russia’s foreign ministry spokeswoman is optimistic that the US president will restore “normalcy” in his country

The United States faces a “colossal” number of internal problems, and President Donald Trump is the first American leader in many decades to openly admit that, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told RT’s Rick Sanchez on Wednesday.

Moscow remains cautiously optimistic about mending relations with Washington, because President Trump has at least openly declared his intention to focus on “saving America”instead of meddling in other countries’ internal affairs, Zakharova told Sanchez in response to a question about whether Trump could resist the forces seeking deeper confrontation with Russia.

“Finally, a man has arrived in the White House who isn’t talking about other parts of the worldor dealing with problems of various population groups on other continents.

He is the first in decades to tell the American people– and the world – that America needs to solve a colossal number of colossal problems,” she said.

“This man had it all: money, fame, popularity, comfort, family – everything he wanted. He was even president. He could have said, ‘From now on, I’ll live for myself.’

But=instead, he came back and said he’ll run again – not for money, fame, or popularity, but to try to save his country. That gives me additional optimism,” she added.

Zakharova specifically notedTrump’s stance on gender as a sign that “normalcy” might return to American society.

“Everyone can feel how they want to feel. You want to be a table – that’s your right. Want to be three dogs at once? You’re welcome. You can seek treatment or not, it’s up to you…But only a man and a woman were created,” she said.

President Trump declared that the US would officially recognize only two genders during his inaugural address in January. He then signed several executive orders reversing protections for trans individuals, ending federal support for gender reassignment procedures on minors, and banning trans women from women’s sports while removing “radical gender ideology” from the military.

Donald Trump has also promised to end US involvement in endless wars during his campaign, but has since alienated some supporters with his vocal support for Israel’s ongoing bombing campaign against Iran –amid growing concerns that Washington may become directly entangled in another foreign conflict.
