Did You Know:

That it was the US Marine Corps (or someone pretending to be them) that attacked Pearl Harbor?

They launched from the US carriers and were to land at Tern Island and Johnston Atoll.

You did know the carriers all had land based attack aircraft embarked, didn't you?

Probably told it was a "training exercise", and its why the oil stores or the dry dock weren't attacked.

Did You Also Know?

That a second "Jap Zero" crashed on Dec 7 as well?

On Niihau Island, which came to be called the Niihau Incident.

Were is Niihau island, why it's half way between Pearl Harbor and Tern island.

You did know Tern island had a airstrip, didn't you?

What a curious coincidence.
