just finished a 6 mi walk around the lake at sunrise, got a few messages i thought i would share.
while watching the water it occurred to me that to be like the frog man we are able to swim well in the water to go low into the depths of information and process. We may be able to adjust those items to our liking.
We also have the ability to swim up out of the water, and some of us can climb up into the treetops, giving us great comprehension of what is going on around us. And possibly what is to come.
