Pro-regime change US senator hails ‘our’ military strikes on Iran

Ted Cruz has described Israel’s bombing campaign as an American proxy war

Pro-regime change US senator hails ‘our’ military strikes on Iran

Israel’s strikes against Iran amount to US military action despite official denials from Washington, US Senator Ted Cruz has suggested. Tehran has accused America of complicity in Israel’s attacks on its nuclear infrastructure.

Israel launched a series of attacks on Iran last Friday, targeting sites linked to its nuclear program and killing scientists and senior military officials. The Israeli authorities described the campaign as “preemptive,” claiming it was aimed at stopping Iran from developing nuclear weapons.

Cruz, a Republican senator from Texas, defended the strikes and called for regime change in Tehran during a tense interview with conservative commentator Tucker Carlson this week.

”We are bombing the crap out of them. Israel is,” the lawmaker said.

”Right now, this tiny little country the size of the state of New Jersey is fighting our enemies for us and taking out their military leadership, and trying to take out their nuclear capacity,” he added.“That makes America much safer.”

Iran denies having a military component to its nuclear program and maintains that it does not seek nuclear weapons. The International Atomic Energy Agency has said it sees no evidence to support Israel’s allegations. US intelligence agencies have offered similar assessments, though President Donald Trump has dismissed these conclusions.

Carlson confronted Cruz over his failure to recall basic facts about the Iranian population, including its size and composition, raising concerns about the senator’s support for regime change.

Cruz pushed back, accusing Carlson of being overly skeptical about allegationsthat Iran had plotted to assassinate Trump – a claim brought up by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during an appearance on Fox News last week.

”You don’t believe they are trying to murder Trump because you are not calling for military strikes against them in retaliation,” Carlson argued.

We are carrying out military strikes today,” Cruz replied.

Carlson noted that it was Israel conducting the attacks, to which Cruz responded: “Right, with our help. I’ve said ‘we.’ Israel is leading them, but we are supporting them.”

Carlson highlighted the significance of Cruz’s comments, pointing out that they contradict statementsmade by National Security Council spokesman Alex Pfeiffer, who has denied US military involvement.

Cruz went on to say he hopes Iran’s government will fall to a popular uprising – a scenario Israeli leaders have endorsed during the conflict. He added, however, that he would not support sending US troops to occupy the country.

Cruz a radical believer in war and taking out Iran sounds demented. I had no idea how joyous he is in attacking Iran. He believes all the reports the IC agencies tell them in the super secret dark rooms.

Britain’s Starmer mistakes South Korean interpreter for president(VIDEO)

The UK PM/Keir Starmer greeted the wrong man at the G7 summit in Canada, while Lee Jae-myung stood behind him

UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer appears to have mistaken an interpreter with the South Korean delegation at the G7 summit for the country’s president.

The mix-up took place during a photo opportunity at the entrance to the summit venue in Canada. A video from the event shows Starmer confidently shaking the man’s hand and smiling, while South Korean President Lee Jae-myung stood behind him waiting to be acknowledged.

Starmer held the interpreter’s hand for several seconds before the mistake became apparent as President Lee stepped forward. The two leaders eventually greeted each other but then apparently had another moment of confusion as to where to stand for the photo. South Korea, along with Australia and India, participated as guests of the event.

London has denied claims of an embarrassing diplomatic mistake.

The day before,Starmer had to kneel in front of US President Donald Trump to frantically trying to gather up trade papersthat hd been dropped by the American leader.

The agenda for the 51st G7 summit included support for Ukraine, the Middle East, sanctions, AI and energy security.

During the summit, Trump had claimed that kicking Russia out of the group was a big mistake and suggested that Moscow’s presence in the G8, as it was known, could have helped prevent the Ukraine conflict.

The Kremlin has argued that the G7 has “lost its relevance” and no longer reflects global economic dynamics.

Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev applauded Trump’s criticism of the group and his decision to leave the event early, butstressed that the G7 is a “dead club.” Writing on X, he claimed that its members had already looked like “zombies” over a decade ago.

Israel issues death threat to Iran’s supreme leader

Defense Minister Israel Katz says that Ali Khamenei “can no longer be allowed to exist”

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said on Thursday that Iran’s supreme leader, Ali Khamenei, “can no longer be allowed to exist.”Previous media reports suggested that US President Donald Trump blocked an Israeli plan to assassinate him.

Israel launched airstrikes last Friday targeting Iranian nuclear facilities and carried out targeted killings of senior military officials. The attacks elicited an Iranian response and the two countries have traded blows since.

Katz made the statement following a missile strike that reportedly seriously damaged Soroka Hospital in Be’er Sheva, a major city in southern Israel.Shlomi Codish, the hospital’s director general, said the missile hit an old building that had been evacuated.

“There is widespread damage to other buildings at the hospital. All patients and all staff were in shelters,” Codish said. “The several injured we have are lightly hurt, mostly from the blast shockwave.”

Katz claimed Khamenei was personally ordering strikes on hospitals, which he asserted justified calling for the Iranian leader’s death. He also accused Khamenei of seeking Israel’s destruction.

Iranian media, however, reported that the intended target was an Israeli military intelligence facility located in the Gav-Yam Negev Advanced Technologies Park, about 1.3km from the hospital.

Reports from several Western outlets last week stated that Israel had consulted the US about a plan to assassinate Khamenei prior to the latest escalation. According to Axios,Trump rejected the idea, with US officials telling Israel, “The Iranians haven’t killed an American and discussion of killing political leaders should not be on the table.”

In a Fox News interview on Sunday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claimed Iran had tried to assassinate Trump twice and still considered him a target due to his firm stance against Tehran.

The US authorities accused two individuals, one of them posthumously, in two separate cases of trying to assassinate Trump on his 2024 campaign trails, but linked neither to Tehran. US officials also claimed that Iran conspired with people in the US to kill Trump before his second election victory, which Tehran denied.

Trump threatened Khamenei this week, stating on social media that he is “an easy target, but is safe” because “we are not going to take him out (kill!), at least not for now.” He also demanded unconditional surrender from Iran.

(Israel is trying their best to drag the U.S. into their wars. President Trump is holding the line, but they will do anything to get him involved. Maybe it was Israel that hired the two to kill him. Jeffrey Sachs told Tucker last week, Israel has lied to us and dragged us into all the failed wars in the Middle East in the last century)
