For anons that are actually curious what message Q or cabal is sending to the other team with this menacing OWL logo that is completely out of place….

Who is sending the message? Q or Cabal?

I think we know why the Owl instead of the Eagle (eyes on).

Why the thunderbolt on the end of the key?

Why is the key facing the opposite direction?

 

With the added words:

Oversight

 

My guess is it is Q sending message to cabal.
