lets just say you make $20 and hour its cost him anywhere from 55-65 and hour, hes paying your medical, unemployment insurance, and has to quarterly send in your taxes for the feds, all that cost time and money to hire other people to do those activities.
Billable hours is how people generate revenue, you cant generate revenue for the day if you're giving out money and not getting production.
