Juneteenth became a federal holiday when President Joe Biden signed the Juneteenth National Independence Day Act into law on June 17, 2021. This legislation was passed by Congress on June 16, 2021.
To further this idiocy,…..he never said HE instituted it.
He had never even heard of it until all of the Marxists started giving his campaign shit about holding a rally on the first "Juneteenth".
He "made it famous" by pushing the rally to the 20th.
