He literally violated 18 USC 242, deprivation of rights under color of law, forcefully stopping a journalist to stop recording content of public interest in public, while saying "listen I'm not worried about this first amendment bullshit".

There are "good people" who became cops, but there are no "good cops". All three branches violated the constitution and law enforcement as a whole violated it, they ran off the cliff.
