We the People have freedom of press, every citizen who collects information of public interest and disseminates that information to the public via a medium such as print or video, is a LAWFUL journalist and has the exact same level of access as any member of the public, and we have the RIGHT to record for news purposes, meaning to disseminate that information to the public.
Government employees do not get to randomly declare people don't get to record THEIR property, or deny them access to THEIR property. Government employees like this should be given a warning, then terminated and prosecuted if it happens again. There is ZERO excuse for this.
