Violating clearly established rights every day all across the nation, they either don't know the law on when they can ID or just flat don't give a shit.

No crime, No ID. An EXTREMELY simple concept, but cops just can't seem to grasp it.
Cop stalking and harassing couple because they got an anonymous call saying they switched license plates, and cop is having a fit about it having two plates, one on top of another.
For any who don't know, it's common practice for "influencers" to change their plates at events, car shows, etc for the same reason cops flip out about auditors recording their personal plates. Stalkers. No idea if this guy is an influencer of any sort, but there's no law against switching on private property or having a "fake" store bought plate under the real plate. The cop witnessed no crime, the car is properly plated, his FEELINGS just say it's wrong, so his FEELINGS trump the couples rights.
