Months ago, Q said that Zuck would step down as head of Facebook. That hasn't happened yet, but its coming. Q also mentioned that he would be "out of the US" so he WILL try to run but I doubt he'll get far. And the feds will probably seize a lot of his $$$ and bring him back. But more recent developments fit the context better: the first of many big class actions against Facebook for all sorts of reasons is in progress.
