Aborted Kingdom: 1 in 3 Pregnancies in UK Now End in Abortion

A newly released statistical report from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) has revealed that nearly 30% of all pregnancies in England and Wales in 2022 ended in abortion, which is the highest rate ever recorded in those countries.

According to the ONS, 29.7% of known pregnancies resulted in a legal termination that year, continuing a trend of rising abortion rates since 2012. Abortion is the deliberate destruction of an unborn living baby, as compared to miscarriages or stillborn babies who were wanted and whose death was not on purpose.

This was covered in the UK Independent. Britain has 68 million people living there, and a birthrate of 1.44, the lowest rate on record, significantly below the replacement population rate of 2.1.

The birthrate in America is 1.66 as of 2022. NPR this week said that lower fertility was overall a net positive, since childbirth is painful and babies cost a lot of money.

The decline in fertility rates, and rise in the abortion rates, has been the most dramatic in Britain among the 20-24 and 25-29 age groups. Continue…

Shockingly, there was no formal partnership agreement with the Chinese labs and no clearly defined safeguards to prevent misuse or diversion of these high-risk biological materials.

Among the documented locations was the now-infamous Wuhan Institute of Virology, where:

Both times, the socialist leader came back from his ‘meditations’, refusing to resign and call early elections, professing his complete innocence, and vowing to fight corruption and sexual misconduct.

In a letter to FCC Chair Brendan Carr, T-Mobile executive Mark Nelson said the wireless carrier had made some “adjustments” to ensure its policies and practices “maintain close alignment with our values” and are “responsive to the direction you’ve provided.”

“For the last several years, we have described some aspects of our company culture and practices as aligned with ‘diversity, equity, and inclusion’ (DEI),” Nelson wrote.

“Our primary intention always was to create a culture that makes employees feel supported and therefore able to bring their best to the company.”

Nelson said the mobile carrier believes that “skills, aptitude, and a growth mindset are what contribute to exceptional performance—and that merit is how you advance at our company, regardless of who you are or where you’re from.”

The company recognizes, however, that the “legal and policy landscape” surrounding DEI under federal law has changed, and it remains “fully committed to ensuring that T-Mobile does not have any policies or practices that enable invidious discrimination, whether in fulfillment of DEI or any other purpose,” he wrote.

To that end, T-Mobile is ending DEI-related policies “not just in name but in substance,” according to Nelson.

The company will no longer have any individual roles or teams focused on DEI, and is redirecting the “handful” of employees who had previously focused on DEI within its human resources department to employee culture and engagement. Continue…

Now, the same method is set to be used against Hungary in the run-up to national elections next year.

The European Commission published its 2025 Rule of Law Report on Tuesday, before which European Commissioner for Justice Michael McGrath told RedaktionsNetzwerk Deutschland that they are concerned about the situation in Hungary and are ready to use all means available to force Hungary to fall in line.

What does that mean in practice? Withholding billions in cohesion funds from Hungary, and possibly much more in the future.

“As far as Hungary is concerned, the Commission remains seriously concerned about the rule of law situation,” the EU justice commissioner said before the report was published, as cited by the Mandiner news portal.

McGrath noted that various tools were at Brussels’ disposal to take action, from freezing EU funds to referring the case to the European Court of Justice. The rule of law, he said, “means justice instead of arbitrariness, and trust instead of fear.” He said he refused to allow it to be deemed some form of “abstract value.”

The EC’s report targets the Hungarian judiciary, which they say is compromised by political influence, and Hungary’s case allocation and appointment system, which they deem insufficiently transparent. They considered that progress had been made in terms of corruption, but they found the anti-corruption institutions, including the Integrity Authority, insufficiently effective.

The EU also claims that the allocation of public funds and EU funds is not transparent.

The document makes note of the fact that Transparency International’s 2024 Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) ranks Hungary as the “most corrupt country” in the EU.

Confirmed measles cases in the United States have hit the highest number since 1992, according to new data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

In the United States, so far in 2025, 1,288 cases have been recorded as of July 8, the CDC said in an update on Wednesday.

That’s the highest number in one year since 1992, when 2,126 cases were logged.

Zachary Stieber reports that spokespersons for the CDC and its parent agency, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), said in emails to The Epoch Times that HHS “continues to support community efforts in dealing with the measles outbreaks” while the CDC “continues to provide technical assistance, laboratory support, and vaccines as requested.”

Officials say they’ve sent nearly 12,000 mumps, measles, rubella (MMR) vaccine doses to states since cases began appearing in January.

Measles was marked as eliminated from the United States in 2000. That designation means measles was not spreading within the country and that new cases only cropped up when individuals contracted measles in other countries and returned to the United States.

The United States is likely on the way to losing the elimination status, Dr. Monica Gandhi, professor of medicine at the University of California–San Francisco, wrote on social media platform X.

The previous annual peak of case numbers since the elimination was in 2019, when 1,274 cases were confirmed.

That number was primarily driven by an outbreak that occurred in New York.

Cases this year have been recorded in 38 states. More than half of the cases happened in Texas, where an outbreak broke out and spread among Mennonite communities, according to health officials. The source of the outbreak has not been identified.

Of the Texas patients, 5 percent had received at least one dose of the MMR vaccine. Nationwide, 8 percent of patients have a confirmed vaccination history.

The remaining patients are either unvaccinated or have unknown vaccination status.

Three patients have died in the United States in 2025. None of them had received a vaccine.

Measles has also been spreading in other countries.

Canada, which has a much smaller population, said this week that nearly 3,400 measles cases have been confirmed there this year. Continue…

“Fentanyl is hardly the only challenge we have with Canada, which has many Tariff, Non-Tariff, Policies and Trade Barriers, which cause unsustainable Trade Deficits against the United States,” Trump said in a letter to Carney posted Thursday. "Tariffs to our Dairy Farmers - up to 400% - and that is even assuming our Dairy Farmers even have access to sell their products to the people of Canada."

Trump did allow that he would “consider an adjustment to this letter” if Canada worked with him to stop the flow of fentanyl. According to a Journal de Montréal report, the officer was part of the RCMP's security deployment at the international gathering held in Kananaskis on June 16 and 17. The force confirmed that a criminal probe is underway, along with an internal disciplinary process, following what it described as “threatening comments” made online by one of its own.

The probe by federal authorities comes in parallel with a class-action lawsuit filed in February, in which investors claim the St-Jérôme–based electric school-bus manufacturer misrepresented its order book, production capacity, and financial health—leading to inflated stock prices before a dramatic collapse in late 2024.

The number of employees making six figures at Canada's state broadcaster continues to rise as taxpayers are forced to foot the bill.

The number of CBC employees earning six-figure salaries has more than quadrupled since 2015, with taxpayers now footing a $240 million bill for the broadcaster’s top-paid staff, according to records obtained by the Canadian Taxpayers Federation (CTF).

In 2024–25, 1,831 CBC employees collected salaries of $100,000 or more, up 318% from just 438 employees in 2015–16. The average salary among this high-paid cohort is now $131,060.

“Taxpayers don’t need all these extra CBC employees taking six-figure salaries,” said Franco Terrazzano, federal director of the CTF. “The government should save money by taking air out of its highly paid bureaucracy — and that includes Crown corporations like the CBC.”

The rise in CBC’s sunshine list has been relentless: the number of six-figure earners increased 17% in just the past year, and the total cost has ballooned from $59.6 million in 2015 to $240 million in 2024. Continue…

About two years ago, Dr. Mona Nemer, who gets paid $393,000 a year, launched the Sky Canada Project without parliamentary oversight at a cost that has not been disclosed.

As per Blacklock’s Reporter, Nemer, in a draft memo that was exposed via an Access to Information request, assigned seven employees to work on her Sky Canada project, with the goal of looking for extraterrestrial life.

“Why not talk about the elephant in the room, i.e. what is the point of view of most scientists on extraterrestrial life?” the memo asked.

“Not that it doesn’t exist, but there are the problems of distances and timing. Two civilizations might not exist at the same time.”

Of note is that, according to records, all federal agencies in Canada in 1995 stopped using taxpayer money for UFO investigations.

The memo claimed that there were “many” reasons to work on the Sky Canada Project, “like facilitating citizen science that collects observations documenting rare natural phenomena.”

“It aims to optimize the consolidation of all unidentified anomalous phenomena observations in a transparent manner and find competent experts who can offer insightful explanations.”

The records reveal that Nemer’s staff researched countless Wikipedia entries, which of note, anyone in the world can contribute to, make a list entitled Famous Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Sightings in Canada.

“The project also supports surveillance activities on Canadian territory, for example in the prevention of undetected intrusions,” noted the memo, adding, “It will help curb disinformation and prevent conspiracy theories by making collected information accessible to all.” Continue…

“Our actions to ensure that materials in school libraries don’t expose children to sexual content were never about banning books,” Minister of Education and Childcare Demetrios Nicolaides said.

“These new standards are to ensure that school boards have clear guidance to ensure age-appropriate access to school library materials, while reflecting the values ​​and priorities of Albertans,” he continued.

​​Hodgson made the comments July 11, one day after U.S. President Donald Trump threatened to impose a blanket 35 percent tariff on Canadian imports. He made the comments during an event in Charlottetown announcing five new funding packages for Maritime energy projects totalling $26.57 million.

“Despite what the president may say, Canada has many important cards in these negotiations, and out of many of those cards, the most important ones are energy and natural resources. At the G7 it was abundantly clear Canada has the energy and minerals the world wants,” Hodgson said following the three-day Energy and Mines Ministers’ Conference (EMMC).

Hodgson touted his government’s Critical Minerals Action Plan, which he said “will help to mobilize capital, reduce dependence on non-democratic suppliers, and reward countries like Canada who mine the right way with high environmental and labour standards.”

This year’s EMMC focused on identifying key critical mineral projects that can position Canada as an industry leader, Hodgson said, noting that the use of artificial intelligence to strengthen geoscience data to support critical mineral exploration is also key.

Canada’s labour market topped expectations in June amid a surprise surge in hiring.

Statistics Canada said Friday that the unemployment rate dropped a tenth of a percentage point to 6.9 percent in June as the economy added some 83,000 jobs.

The vast majority of those jobs were part-time, the agency said, with 47,000 positions added in the private sector.

A Reuters poll of economists heading into Friday’s release had expected the jobless rate would rise to 7.1 percent in June as employment levels held flat.
